I’ve been coming to this location since the week they opened and have consistently had great experiences . Everyone that works here is genuinely so kind and friendly and makes a point to talk to you. Sandwiches are always 11/10 too . I look forward to my visits here !!

Today I ordered a Giant #7 and regular size chicken salad sandwhich. The portion of chicken salad placed on my bread barely covered the sandwhich. When my husband requested a little more simply to cover the bread, the person making the sandwhich looked at him confused and stumbled his words finally stating – oh thats going to be an extra charge. WHAAAAT? All he was asking for was the chicken salad to extend throughout the entire piece of bread. He wasnt asking for extra. So we said fine because I didnt want a dry sandwhich, but please believe I wasnt happy to have to pay an additional $2.85. The total for the two sandwhiches was already going to cost over $30. Was the upcharge necessary? Here is whats even more interesting is the lady (customer) behind me ordered a Tuna salad sandwhich and she got the proper portion of tuna salad to bread ratio. Had I recieved the same, I would’ve had no issue. But to charge me extra was not right. Believe the reviews that this place is skimpy on the meat and will upcharge you. You’ve been warned!
In addition, when we enterted the location, the workers were very uptight and seemed like they didnt want to be there or work with a certain indivdiual or each other. I say that because I have frequented this place at least twice a month since it has opened and the place/people are upbeat and welcoming. Needless to say, if I ever see those group of workers, I will walk right back out and take my money elsewhere or go to the location in Oaks where you will get your money’s worth.
