I did an online order and my bread was stale and it looked like they kinda just slammed it together then squeezed it. Was made more like a hotdog It was an online order. So idk if that made a difference. But they did give me a good amount of toppings. Just didn’t like it was this messy. But oh well.

Yikes. They had someone in training when I went in this morning. That person was great! The others – awful. The place was a mess. They had a large order they were working on, but then because of that weren’t serving or acknowledging customers in the store. A woman asked for more tea 4 times before anyone acknowledged her, then once they finally did, they just said “I don’t know what’s wrong with the machine” and didn’t help her. The lady working the cash register kept yelling at people in the back to do things. The gal in training was the only one who acknowledged me after several minutes of standing and waiting in line. She, unfortunately because she was in training, couldn’t help me because she didn’t know how, but at least she tried!
There were two people in the back who wouldn’t come out and help. There were no cookies. It was just a hot mess.
My husband coincidently was the person with the large order that they were working on, and they messed up almost every single sandwich AND forgot 3 of the sandwiches, so we had to go back. We gave them 2.5 hours to prep the order too. To add insult to injury, when we went back to have them make the sandwiches that they forgot, THEY MADE US PAY FOR THEM AGAIN!!! This place was absolute garbage today.

Camden is wonderful! She was the only one working when my family visited, and she went out of her way to ensure our lunch would be perfect. The restaurant itself was also very clean and tidy. We will be back!

Good place to eat. They have redone the decor and seating. I usually place my order online. Always done and ready for me. I have watched them make food for others and they are always fast and friendly. greeting regulars by name nad with smiles.

Couldn’t make my sandwich like i wanted it made all because of supposedly corporate said no extra vegetables so Subway isn’t make ur sandwich the way you want it anymore. If im paying for a sub i should be able to make it the way i wanted it. We spend alot on subway but guess we’re done going there.
