Burgers were good, juicy, and cooked to correct doneness but, lacked seasoning or the hallmark sear that makes a burger really stand out. Liked the unusual options like tomato jam, avocado, and white cheddar. Fries were nice and crispy. Asked for a side salad and got a HUGE Romaine and spring mix with some excellent croutons that tasted homemade. Didn’t think I’d also see a wide variety of craft beers at the bar in back. Kind of confusing since you order at the register and need to purchase from the bar separately and there is no wait staff. Not spectacular, although there were some quite good points.

I’m a fan of walburgers just not this one. Kids eat free and this is what they serve them. How could they not tell this burger wasn’t just overcooked but extremely burnt. Definitely won’t waste my time coming back to this one. A 3 year old could cook a better burger than this.

I don’t like doing this, as I’m a fan of the Wahlburgers at MOA and have been a customer at the one in Maple Grove on a couple occasions. I truthfully wish I took more pictures of both my families trips to the Spring Lake Park Hy-Vee newly opened location. The picture attached of the undercooked chicken is from our first visit.. this trip also included severely undercooked burgers that were closer to being still alive off the cow than actually ever cooked. I did send a message into wahlburgers corporate about this situation and they never responded. Flash forward and the family wants to try it again and despite my mind telling me to make the drive to Maple Grove I went back to HyVee and sure enough its the same situation with unbelievably undercooked food. Im not sure what their deal is but I would not go here under any circumstances. They need to make this right and hopefully no one has gotten ill from this unknowingly as this is really teetering on purposeful negligence.

I ordered the super melt and cheese curds, the sandwich was to be a double and it came out with 1 patty and about 1/4th of another and so greasy it was literally dripping and no it wasn’t the juice from the burger. The fries were the only thing that was good. Won’t be back

I had Jenn’s chicken sandwich and a strawberry shake. The sandwich took a long time and when it arrived was not good. The chicken was dry and the sandwich fell apart. The bottom of the bun was greasy. The cook was on the phone while trying to cook. The entire experience was not good. Will not be back.

My Family and I were treated horribly while trying to order during our first bingo game I was polite and humbled my self , and at first I thought maybe it’s just a bad day. Until other customers explained that they see it all the time because they are regulars .I Then spoke with a general manager and He was very unkind and accused us of being there before in excuse for how we were treated which was completely un true and afterwards the servers confirmed they never even met us before so I gathered my family retured our bingo cards and wont ever be back . I hope Hyvee does better and changes the atmosphere so that all are welcome and feel welcomed. And the people you employ are kind to everyone regardless of appearance.
