Best Chick fil A experience ever!!!!! Employees were so kind and respectful and I have never gotten my food faster. I have been 3 times now, twice drive through and once inside. My drive through experience was Amazing! I was served and out of there within 5 minutes! Employees were so kind and the lady taking my order told me my eyes were beautiful. Inside the place was spotless! Not a crumb on the ground and the service was fast and employees were fantastic. This will now be my everyday chick fil A!!!!!

Slowest Service Ever!
I visited Chick-fil-A – Plainview on Wednesday, 2/11/2026 at approximately 6:40 AM. I ordered a Number 6 with sausage and an orange juice, plus a chicken biscuit and an additional orange juice. The order process was unusually confusing. My order was repeated back incorrectly (bacon instead of sausage), and I was repeatedly asked whether the Number 6 was “the meal,” despite clearly stating my order multiple times.
After pulling forward and paying by card, I received my drinks promptly (two bottles of orange juice taped together with the guest/order sticky label/tag), but then waited approximately 10 minutes for the food. I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru when I arrived. When I asked about the delay, I was told the eggs had not been started on time. My food was ultimately provided at 6:50 AM. While all condiments were included, I did not receive the fork I requested, and the hash browns were only about half full.
I’ve visited this location many times over the past several months while working on a project in Plainview and often pick up breakfast for colleagues. Chick-fil-A as a brand is typically known for speed and efficiency, but this location tends to be slower during breakfast hours, and this was easily the slowest experience I’ve had at any Chick-fil-A.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as I would prefer to continue stopping here — but mornings like this make the hotel breakfast more appealing.

BUGS IN ICE,TEA FLY EGGS?! . Come to this chic fila if you want flies roaches and mice running around you . i’ve been to this chic fila many times and when i tell you it’s the dirtiest restaurant in plainview I MEAN IT . the employees had to dump the ice buckets and tea out because there was bugs in them . not to mention the fly traps are hanging right above the lemonade and tea ! if you want poor customer service come to this chic fila . a bigger white lady with a green shirt took my order and was beyond rude when i asked her why they had no produce items . Oh and the cherry on top is when you’re trying to eat your meal and you have the owner bending down in front of you while you’re trying to eat , killing flies . flies all over the seats and windows . poop in the play area . poop on the restroom floor . absolutely disgusting and not worth your time . forgot to mention one of the employees with a red shirt told me a roach was on another employees shoulder while bagging the food . DISGUSTING

The line was very long so the staff brought the food to vehicles in the middle of the line. Although, there was so many issues orders the line came to a stand stil. Then I was informed the site was out of sauces. Although, they would be happy to sell me a bottle, at my expense… The lady in the gray shirt rudely walked away from me after she tried to up sell me their bottle of sauce. Then when I arrived home my order was cold and incorrect.

My parents and I were visiting from out of town and chose to have lunch at one of our favorite restaurants. Courteous employees, fast service, and delicious good. We ended up having dinner from here the following day. Everything was excellent. Thank you for making us feel at home even though we were miles from our usual CFA.

This is a terrible chik fil a. Chicken is nothing but breading and always burnt. Chicken tortilla soup is a bowl of nothing but beans. Fries are always salty. Tired of the kids and their attitude customer service is worthless. Should of gotten Popeyes instead.

I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan, but was disappointed with this location. Had to wait at the fries were cold and service was worse. Definitely unusual for Chick-fil-A. I will add that it was close to quitting time, so maybe that played a part in our experience.

Coming from Lubbock – I’ve been to all Chick-fil-A restaurants in town. I’ve been to the Chick-fil-A on Slide road that’s well known for its timely drive thru service.
I visited this one in Plainview for the first time on a work trip to Amarillo – it was disappointing. Several cars in the drive through and when I get up to order I find it at 850am they have run out egg for the egg bacon biscuit meal I requested. I’m not sure I’ve ever been to a location that’s run out of anything. This is not to mention the time it took to arrive, order and get my food was slower than I’ve ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A. I hope they improve for the sake of Plainview having this as a food option in their restaurant lineup.

This is by far the worst chickfla ever. I have given this place multiple try’s . I tried ordering the pretzel sandwich and they asked me what cheese and I said cheddar the cheese it comes with? Then they tried arguing with me saying they never carried that? Then proceeded to give me a regular sandwich. Food is always soggy. Now there ice cream machine is down? Are we McDonalds be fr . Let’s not mention about the worst customer service they literally look miserable and never heard them say my pleasure. Also had a friend who worked here and reported the manager for being racist and they fired her! Place is a joke!

This was the weirdest/worst CFA I’ve ever visited. The staff were so indifferent. Several staff members were talking behind the counter when I walked up to the register, and I had to wait for them to be done with their conversation to order. Several team members weren’t in uniform, which I thought was strange. My food was also cold. Not sure what’s going on here…
