Omgggg when i tell you that this place is AWESOME!!! I was dreading going to a certain major coffee chain, when this place was recommended by the front desk at our hotel!!!! Not only was my matcha latte PERFECT, but the customer service and energy of the staff (Arizona i think her name was) was HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location in Sweetwater, TX!!!

Scooters is by far the best place for coffee! The blended carmalicious is my favorite except fall when I have to get the specialty!! They are hands down better then Starbucks and seven brew!! We need more of them in beaumont/lumberton area!!

We used the drive thru this menu on our way out of town. The line moved quickly and the employees were friendly! Dogs were offered bone or pup cup and our drinks came out perfectly! I had the iced turtle latte and my husband had the iced carmelicious. They both tasted like they sound! We frquent several of their competitors, but will stop in here the next time we see one for sure!

On Oct 7th, around 12:00 p.m., my family and I stopped at Scooter’s Coffee while driving back to Austin. We each ordered large blended coffee drinks. Approximately five to six hours later, both my daughter and I became ill and vomited the beverages we had consumed earlier. This was our first experience with Scooter’s Coffee, and unfortunately, it resulted in foodborne illness symptoms. I am reporting this incident for awareness and in hopes that appropriate measures are taken to ensure product safety and quality for future customers.
The health department may need to investigate this location to ensure food safety standards are being properly followed.

My mom and I stopped by from a roadtrip. She was swearing up and down we should get Starbucks but I said “No, let’s try scooters coffee!” For the first time. Terrible mistake! We got ill after with food poisoning, I couldn’t stop throwing up everything, and couldn’t keep water down. I felt terrible. Worst part is the drink didn’t taste spoiled or anything. We finished both of them. Had to be from someone’s hygiene or not washing their hands. Or maybe it was spoiled! You won’t know until it hits you hours later with nausea and then vomiting your guts out.

First time trying this place, I ordered a hot turtle latte. Given this flavor combination, I was expecting a sweet treat. However, I was not prepared for it to taste like I was drinking straight sugar syrup with a splash of hot milk. We’re on the road with hours of driving through the middle of nowhere, and I’m unsure I will even be able to finish it. The service was extremely friendly though, which gives them the star boost.
