We had a really nice time. It was our first time there and we decided to try it to see Brett Alexander and Nyke play a set. The food was good. The menu is a little small, but it changes every couple of weeks. We had chicken parm, a BOB (beef on a bun), and poke bowl, jambalaya, and fries. Also downed a couple of specialty drinks. There is a patio area that has a lot of potential, looks like it could be fun (not quite warm enough yet). We definitely will come back again especially to catch some music.

Sunbury’s Hidden Treasure….take the walk from Market Street down the sidewalk and you will not be disappointed. Spacious with a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. We have stopped in twice so far. One night it was very busy and the second a bit slower, but both times the food and service was outstanding. We had the chicken quesadilla, marinara pasta with spicy sausage, and the crabby patty. Looking forward to the spring when we can sit outside in the lovely patio area. Family friendly. There is also a nice bar and one of the best bartenders in town.

This little place off the main drag is amazing! Highly recommended. Service was fast and spot on. The filet with blue cheese was by far one of the best meals I have had. The goat cheese dip appetizer is a must!

Had a great time with live music and family! Food took a while to get to us and when it did it was good. not great. but good.

Midtown Bistro is the most popular Restaurant/Bar in Sunbury, for sure! Great atmosphere,good vibes, excellent service and the bartender has a great sense of humor! Family friendly always polite staff. Super clean everywhere!

I absolutely enjoy this place. We visited July 18, 2025, and the acoustic-type band (Rapid Run) was wonderful! The server was attentive and informative. We shared a pierogi appetizer with marinara and sour cream for dipping. The two of us each had fish dinners, one fried and one broiled which came with two sides. The flavor and texture were as expected. I had the mac n cheese, which was made with a white cheddar (I believe) and scrumptiously creamy (I think I got a serving and a half, maybe two – it was a lot but heated up well for leftovers). We started with salads. They were a healthy serving and fresh. There was an abundance of food and I won’t complain about the price as it was very reasonable. I splurged and had a Reisling wine too, sooo good . Thank you, Midtown Bistro, for a pleasing dinner and great entertainment! I definitely intend to visit again, and I recommend everyone does.

I didn’t like the pasta AT ALL! i wanted another meal but the lady told me I had to pay full price for both and I took one bite of the pasta it tasted so sour! I left hungry and wasted 60 dollars. The atmosphere is great but the food wasn’t good
