I went today to get a 6inch sandwich and a drink. I believe they had inspection because a woman who was not in uniform was checking the good. There were 2 ladies, one was at the cashier helping out a customer and the other was preparing the bread. I walked in, stood there and she saw me, didnt ligt her head, kept on doing what she was doing, no greetings, very rude face expression… after 5mins, she looked up and said “what can i get you” !! I asked her later on for extra pickles.. she just put a few and i repeated myself and she added couple! Then i had to ask her to put some on the side as it looked if she was doing that on purpose…
I did not like the customer service at all! They should be friendly and polite as well as at least a smile ..

I love the tuna with spinach salad, jalapeño,yellow peppers, black pepper, mayo and garlic aioli dressing.
Services is always great in La Mesa off of Avocado Blvd.

Its like most subways , went in afternoon had friendly service it went a little slow but could have gone a little faster . When i wanted Avocado employe warned me it wasn’t ripe or ready & if i still wanted the Avocado on my Sandwitch but overall it was great for my first time coming to this location .

Awful customer service. I ordered four sandwiches on the app on the $6 special. The app charged me regular price. That means I paid double. I left a message for the manager and they never got back to me. I called back a second time and the person told me they don’t have a manager. They told me to contact Subway through the app but no response there either. This was going to be a recurring order and the store person told me I’d probably be better off going to a different place to order my food. They need to have classes on customer service. Because no one seems to know what it is these days.

Two people working, only one spoke English. The one that did helped a delivery guy dropping off a carbonated tank. He arrived after I came in. Everything I ask for, I didn’t get. He just didn’t understand. I asked if he sold the meatballs on the side. We got nowhere. I asked to speak to the gal. She then says no, you would have to buy a footlong sandwich to get the meatballs. That’s when I gave up and left with a sandwich which was less than par. Won’t go back again.

Stopped there on Sunday and ordered a sandwich on herbs an cheese bread. If they had been open when I got home I would have returned it. The bread was very stale. Lettuce had brown spots. Ruined the sandwich and at $12.99 I wasn’t happy.

Our visit to the Subway was a pleasant experience! The toppings were fairly fresh, and the staff wore gloves, maintaining hygiene standards. While it would have been ideal for the glass to provide better protection of mouth spray during order discussions, their sanitation practices surpassed those of other restaurants. Overall a very nice experience and the sandwiches are very tasty!

Haven’t had Subway in quite some time, so we wanted to have it for dinner. Ordered online and picked up in store. The two sandwiches were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Everything was fresh and made just right. Thank you to the staff for making with care and being polite when I picked them up.
