Called and placed our cake order over the phone. Gave descriptions of the cakes we wanted and we very pleasantly surprised when they came out exactly as we envisioned! Would highly recommend, the cakes were delicious and moist. (Antlers purchased separately on Amazon)

One of the most disappointing places I’ve been in awhile. The pastries themselves were ok, but nothing better than I’d find elsewhere in Racine.

We got a variety of things, and the mini cheesecake was chewy, the lemon on the Danish was runny, the croissant would’ve been good if not for the thick overly sweet glaze, and the donut was good, but not worth going back. The food was actually the best part of our visit…

We were the only customers there on a Tuesday afternoon and the lady seemed genuinely annoyed to help us. Help isn’t the right word – she rang us up, but offered no help or conversation at all – not even a greeting or farewell.
All of the creamer for the coffee was expired, but she was so unfriendly I was afraid to ask for milk. Before we’d even taken our bag of items she had gone back upstairs to stare at her laptop.

The lights were very bright and there was absolutely no music playing, so we only sat long enough to eat our stuff, and even that was an extremely uncomfortable 10 minutes.
For 2 cups of coffee, 2 mini cheesecakes, and 2 pastries it was over $20 – which feels like $20 wasted.
Its a great location and in the right hands could be such a lovely little place, but unfortunately it didn’t seem to be in the right hands on the day we stopped in…

Wide selection of delicious bakery. I had a caramel pecan roll. My cappuccino was pretty good, probably not their specialty, but good. Very nice little shop with window tables.

Updated Review – 4/15/23: We love this place! The food is always fresh and delicious! The quiches are our favorite! Although everything we have ever got from here has been incredible. We highly recommend Main Street Bakery! You need to try it!

After finding out my regular baker at another bakery had moved on, I was in a spot trying to find a good custom cake decorator. I read reviews and have Main Street Bakery a try. They we super friendly, professional, and nailed the cake decoration with minimal instruction. Everyone loved the cake! I also read plenty of feedback on the Apple fritters so I have them a try and honestly can say they are the best I’ve ever had! I highly recommend using Main Street Bakery.

This place delivered the goods! My family and I ordered a variety of treats (donuts, pastry, apple fritter) and they were all good. I will say that the apple fritter was especially tasty and a complete treat for me. I didn’t try the coffee. I would definitely come back if I’m in this area!

This is one of my favorite local spots for a quick getaway breakfast after daycare drop offs. I usual get a quiche and a drink and dine in. Maria is always very pleasant when we come in. The items are typically well stocked and served quickly. The crust of the quiche is light and flaky while the inside is warm and gooey with Gruyère! Whenever she has the sticky pecan rolls, I like to grab one of those too. 🙂

The chicken dumpling soup and dark chocolate mocha were delicious. The the eclair was also amazing and we got an elephant ear to go, but I’m sure it will not disappoint. Donavon was an absolute joy. We will definitely come back when we are in town again.

Who doesn’t love the perfect little bakery with the incredible scent of brewing beans and delicious pastries.
This establishment was literally our last chance to order and get 2 tres leches cakes. First, they stated they can do it, plus $50 bucks less than our other previous bakery.
For those not familiar with this cake choice it is not a dry cake but actually alittle moist with a flood of flavor, especially with the bakery. Yes, as a green little guy, I was impressed very impressed.
Great location and a great place to take just the brew and pasty break we all need.

Cute bakery and everything was so tempting that I wanted to try it all. What I did purchase was delicious and very reasonably priced, especially the elephant ears, which I haven’t seen at a bakery since my childhood. Looking forward to my next visit!
