I went to the Subway in the festival center on Airport Blvd. The service is always great. The employees are always friendly and they are the fastest I’ve ever seen! My food is always great. I pass SEVERAL other Subways to go to this specific location. I was talking to someone in line and he said he lives across the bay but he comes to this one several times a week. After visiting this establishment, I can see why. 5 Stars to this one! Props to the managers and employees for being so great!

Ordered on line said 20 minutes then I get there out of meatballs said another 25 min very rude horrible service management needs work on the attitudes worst management ever Sam she awful disrespectful. Oven don’t work lost 20 customers while I was there waiting 1 hr for 2 subs. Because equipment always broken here.

So I am quite new to the area but lately it has not been a friendly atmosphere at all dealing with Sevilla and her side kick a tall skinny girl but today was my breaking point for the disrespect them 2 give me!!! I was waiting for the customer to check out and it was me turn the older lady was busy at the register Sevilla told me it will be a moment and started cleaning up and when the older lady was done she tried to help me but I told her I want Sevilla to help ONLY because when I say cleaning up I’m talking about 2 shreds of lettuce on the counter so that was very rude and she knows exactly who I am now the older ladies and Jennifer the manager are angles but them 2 I mention need training because it’s pitiful and this not the 1st time them two have done this and it’s ridiculous!!

This is the best Subway in town. They consistently make the sandwiches right and give you plenty of ingredients, unlike other Subways around. Also, the employees are very respectful and professional. I would go out of my way to go to this location.

Usually i like this subway but today had a friend with me and kids, we all get chips and our sandwiches made.. trying to pay the card machine goes out so we try to use the stores atm and everything to be able to pay it doesnt work either so then the subway employee just throws the sandwiches away and I’m thinking really at least someone could have ate them. Just made me think subway is pretty wasteful. At least the kids got free chips out of it since they were already eating them.

Stood there for 5 minutes with no one in line but me and the subway girl walked by me at least 4 or 5 times and never said a word finally I had to say something I ask her if she wouldn’t mind making me a sandwich and she said I will be with you in a minute so I waited another 3 minutes while she went to the back room then when she finally started to make my sandwhich she did not wear any gloves no mask and was sneezing while making my sandwich I finally gotten my sandwich witch I thru away because she was sneezing all over my food terrible place

I live near this Subway and have eaten here many times since it opened. The last 4-5 months have been terrible. Nothing ever tastes the way it should. I do not recommend. Drive another 2 miles to Snow/Moffett.
