We haven’t been here for awhile so I was surprised by how much it has changed. The food wasn’t too bad but the bread was stale. It is overall dark and seems like it needs a good cleaning. The front door and glass is dirty as well as the glass at the counter. I dont think I’ll be back. Im not sure what has happened to Subway but it has really gone downhill.

Your lucky i put 1 star. Manager needs to train his staff on cleaning quality of food freshness of food. Wilted brown edge lettuce soggy tomatoes. Mold either in ice or lemonade.that was it she then try to give me more really no thank you stop in today for a quick bite and ended in a yelling match I dont know who those 3 young ladies thought they were. And how you conducted yourself. Wow cheers for you show how much customers service training you have had. During all this the manager never said one word to them he did talk us gave me back a 1.25 I was still over charge. And didn’t get my bag if chips. And as we were walking out one of the said go to jersey Mike’s next time, at least there service is good and so are the subs.

Pretty disappointed in this place. Placed an online order and arrived to pick it up. It was ready however, the person that was working was sitting down eating, get up with food all over their lips and hands and passed me the order. The guy was pretty rude also. Another heads up is they only have a 95% from the health department. Gross.

Everything about my experience here was great, and I even got a small discount on my food, as the people who served me were under the impression that it was taking too long, but I don’t think it was. I appreciate the discount all the same.
The reason this place gets four stars is because it was incredibly hard to find. I drove all around town looking for this one specifically, and the sign by the road didn’t exactly specify that it was inside this shopping plaza.

This place is terrible. I made an online order one night didn’t even get the order right at all! Now I come tonight and 9 they close at 10 they have their doors locked like what type of business is that! Then they’re food still be cold even being toasted I Don’t know theyre Just all over the place ♀️

Placed an online order at around 9:15pm 12/30/23, got a call from one of the young ladies working saying they didn’t think a driver would be there on time as the closed at 9:30pm this night. I informed her I was picking it up myself and was already on the way, she said that was fine. I arrived at 9:30pm exactly and saw my order being thrown on the pickup shelves. When she unlocked the door she handed my son one sandwich and said they couldn’t make the other one, they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I went to the door and spoke with the young lady, who was extremely rude, and I told her I was told on the phone that it was okay to pick up my order (she said it wasn’t her I spoke with, it was the other girl) and I told her that didn’t matter that I either needed a refund or my other sandwich. She closed and locked the door, had a conversation with the other girl on staff, and came back maybe 10 minutes later with the sandwich shown in the picture, not even close to what I ordered. I asked for her and the other lady’s names and she said to me “don’t order here again” and locked the door in my face. Completely unacceptable as I was upset but still polite to her.
Also there were no signs depicting the early closure and online had the store listed as closing at 10pm.

July 5 2025 place an online order at 8pm. Said would be ready at 8:20pm. I drive up there and the lights are off and the doors were locked. Hours on the window shows open til 9pm Saturday. I want my money back from my online order.

Showed up to place my order and the place was empty besides the employees. The two young gentleman were Jonny on the spot. They got the order right and were friendly. I’m not sure what Subways policies are but when I got home my wife’s bread was hard… and it was not toasted. My bread was toasted and had some hardness. While I was there I asked to see the tuna. They showed me and it looked past it’s time to be replaced. The veggies were not covered and the lettuce had brown on top. When I asked for the lettuce I asked for the green lettuce which they did do. Overall the young staff were nice, the bread was hard and the veggies need to be covered. Subway is publicizing “Eat Fresh” the bread was anything but fresh. You could literally “thump” the bread without making a dent. Satisfied with the staff but not “the freshness” or how the store is run. 93% on health inspection posted. I’m not holding the franchise accountable but the franchise owner of this store needs to do some work. We didn’t eat fresh we ate stale.

Out of almost everything to put on the subs. Employee said they couldn’t change out fountain drinks and they only had about 3 different fountain drinks working.
