The Salsa Fresca in Cross River has consistently treated me right throughout the years. Each time, I walk in I am warmly greeted by the employees and I am surrounded by the glorious aromas from the homemade foods. Not only are the burritos, bowls, salads, and Quesadillas made with authentic, quality ingredients; after each bite, I acknowledge how my meal is made with sincere care and consideration by every single employee. On top of that, the employees always meet me where I am at each time I walk into the shop. Ever have one of those days? It’s been a long work week. Every commercial on the radio is delivered with minimal enthusiasm. Your boss is micromanaging you. Perhaps your family is getting on your case with your current position in life. Etcetera… Etcetera… Here at Salsa Fresca, I am always accepted and welcomed in, no matter what is going on in my life. Here I can let the chamotion of the day subside and I can shift into a serene state of mind. I have had a great experience because of Salsa Fresca. With the quality meals, I have lost 35 pounds and my cholesterol has dropped 60 points. I am so appreciative of Salsa Fresca. No exaggeration—this place has a very dear place in my heart.

This spot has high quality food and friendly staff. The costs are tricky. they give you a small amount of tofu and vegetables count as extra(ie +$4). Not worth it for the quantity which is the most important thing to know.

The ladies here are wonderful and the service is absolutely amazing. Food is absolutely no slouch either. Everything is fresh and ready to go. You can absolutely come here to eat for lunch and feel at ease. 100% would recommend if you’re in the area! Best place to eat in the area.

The food in the counter looks ok. I had the Baja chicken tacos, and it tasted good. However, I was still hungry after those 3 tacos. The Tijuana mama burrito was good and I would order that again.
I see a few 2 stars reviews, but my experience was ok. I would come back again. This place should be at 3 and 1/2 stars. Hope this helps.
