We saw the previous reviews and were really excited to check it out. The first issue we ran into was a lack of signage, it was difficult to locate this food truck. Then when we got the food, it looked amazing; but it was not. My Mac and cheese was undercooked with hard noodles, and my pulled pork sandwich was dry…

A great place to sit outside and enjoy some amazing barbecue. The hosts at Smoke Wring are super nice. They have an excellent menu. I really enjoyed the beef with two sides. The spicy barbecue sauce was so tasty…something different about it, maybe coriander? It was only slightly hot, if that, but very flavorful. Oh gosh, the cheesy bacon grits….incredible! My husband got the day’s special, involving sausage, mac and cheese, a roll…not sure of everything included, but he loved it! He raved about the burnt end sausage. We were just passing through, but if we lived nearby we’d definitely return!

Great little BBQ joint! Awesome seating area with fire pits, good tables, shade and more! A few yard games out for the family to play while eating. Very handicap friendly and has accessable restroom!
The chicken is cooked really well and has a great flavor! The Tri-tip is really really good and moist also! The beans have a good flavor and the jalapeno salad is just enough kick to not overwhelm the taste buds!
I would definitely recommend this as a place to stop while in the area! Great service, good food, good times!

Nice outdoor covered patio space, ordered pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw and calico beans. Honestly the beans were the highlight; smoky and flavorful, perfectly tender. Pulled pork was piled high on pub bun; it was tasty but could have used some sauce. Coleslaw is good, lightly dressed with lots of celery seed and makes a good complement to the sandwich.

The family that owns & runs this cool food cart couldn’t be nicer. We stopped in on a whim for some BBQ, but were pleasantly surprised to find a Veteran’s Day Parade about to start right in front of their spot. They were the only cart open and I believe we were their first customers of the day. We had the brisket chili with cornbread, a cowboy parfait, and some mimosas. The parade was happening, the proprietors were having a good time, and we felt like family watching everything with them. They were chatty and funny and an all around great family. The food is really great but the service is what sets this place apart. We can’t wait to get back there and try something else! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Perfect! Only suggestion would be to add a little yellow mustard to the potato salad.
Tri-Tip, baked beens, potato salad.
Jan 2025 – Back for lunch and sign says sold out or doing catering nobody’s home.

First time here, got the Tri tip and it was great. Very juicy and tender. Both sauces were great.
