Dunwell Pizza is amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is top-notch. Raul was especially fantastic—so kind, friendly, and attentive. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make our experience great. Their catering is also excellent—reliable, well-organized, and the food is just as delicious as when you dine in. Highly recommend this place for great pizza and outstanding service!

4th or 5th time trying Dunwell pizza and first time in the new place in the flower shop. A) beautiful shop! B) I’m ready to say this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. So so good. Tried the French onion pie for the first time and was 12/10! Caesar salad was bomb as well.

Best pizza I ever had. The crust, the cheese just wow. It was perfect. The place is really nice, outdoor sitting as well. Have to go through the paid parking but they pay for it.

Real good NY style pizza served fresh and hot! Little tricky to find but worth the trouble. Looked like lots of deliveries going out, I recommend eating it there HOT! Thanks Raul for the great service.

I started ordering Dunwell around beginning of 2025, it was going pretty well with the former employees at the hotel, now they recently moved to this plaza and the guys got replaced with 2 new people. I ordered 2 margaritas and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, I go there and the lady hands me the wrong pizza when I ordered MARGARITA, I tell her I ordered on Uber with 2 margaritas and it took her 10 minutes to find my name. After that, she tells me it will be ready in a few minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and still isn’t ready at all. Then I make one of my family members go there to take it and its still isn’t ready. Took almost an hour for the pizza to be ready, the food was actually good and it will always be good but the employee’s excuse was “I’ve been here for 3 days.” I can understand that but if you get hired at a pizza place they expect you to be at your best. Hopefully the place has improved by then and the service is better but overall food is good and my service wasn’t amazing.

Don’t let the lobby location fool you. This Kosher pizza spot at the Serena Hotel is a hidden gem. They made us a delicious pizza with the right amount of ingredients, baked to perfection. Each slice was a burst of deliciousness. The service was also very warm and efficient. Also very safe with plenty of parking space. A really unforgettable pre-Passover experience. Highly recommended!
