I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The main issue was the extremely rude behavior of the front counter employee. From the moment I asked a simple question, she responded with attitude, saying, “You see it on our menu,” instead of helping. Throughout the entire interaction, she continued with dismissive comments, kept repeating “We don’t have that” for almost everything I tried to order, and acted like customers were wasting her time.
The worst part — and something I’ve never experienced at any restaurant — was her telling me “You can always go to Wendy’s” when I was trying to find something they actually had available. No employee should ever tell a customer to go somewhere else. That alone shows a complete lack of professionalism and care for the business.
She wasn’t just rude to me. She treated the customers behind me the same way, including a friend I was with. She also made snide remarks toward her coworkers, talking down to them right in front of everyone.
The store itself wasn’t in good condition either. The front counter area had crumbs and looked unclean, which I even took photos of. On top of that, they were out of many basic menu items, which points to poor management and little attention to ordering or inventory.
Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Between the rude attitude, the unprofessional comment telling me to “go to Wendy’s,” the lack of available food, and the dirty counter area, I cannot recommend this location at all. Management really needs to address these issues.

I went to get a caramel macchiato from this tim Hortons and when I got the coffee, I felt that the coffee was only half filled and I checked and it is really half filled and watery.

About a year ago this used to be the best Tim Hortons in Michigan. Swore by it and sent people there. Today they could make cold espresso drinks but not hot? If so, what kind of coffee are you serving guests? Couldn’t be real espresso, cold brew or regular coffee? The place was known for the hottest items in town. The hash brown today was Luke warm. Felt like it was fried an hour ago and sat in a dimly lit heater – Didn’t even taste fresh. Not sure if there is a new ownership or a lack of effort in quality, however money is spent where efforts are spent. There is a lack of effort at this Tim Hortons, they’ve lost my respect.

Typically the service here is fine. What I saw today though.. When one of us a customer complains about the quality of our regular drink, and suggest that someone made an honest mistake, we deserve better than to have the same poor quality drink slammed on the counter with attitude. They have delicious doughnuts and coffee. Their service is very fast and efficient. I arrived at 930AM and the line was about 7 cars long yet I was through the drive through in only 3 minutes. My order was accurate and very satisfying. I will be back!

I go there every day through the drive thru. Today I went there for my free coffee for veterans day and they said they don’t know anything about it. They wouldn’t even look it up. I spend 25 dollars a week for years. Im not asking for a handout but its on their website and was looking forward to it. Went to Starbucks and got the free coffee there. Yes I’m a vet.

Never going to a Tim Hortons in US or Canada again after my experience here, store did not have half of the food I ordered, staff were nickel and diming substitutions when it was their fault for not having food at 2pm in the afternoon. Contacted Corporate Customer Relations and will be taking action against the franchise owner accordingly for fraud due to refusing to refund, and gross negligence, stay far away from this Tim Hortons.

I will never go here again this is a disgrace I just ordered this sandwich with a coffee cream on the side.. when I got to the drive through window the lil Indian lady told me it was inside my coffee I get to work and I had no cream or sugar… horrible service!!!! Will never go here again
