Visited this location and the waitress, Nikki and another young lady was super attentive and nice!! The food and dessert was AWESOME! Decided to go back the next night for the same dessert but ordered it to go and part of the order was left off! When I called back to let them know, the person so answered the phones be only said “the person who bagged your order must have left it t off”…. She didn’t offer for me to back and get it or anything! I was only met with silence. It unfortunate! I was really looking forward to it!

We went for lunch and Danny was the most awesome server ever. We got cheese sticks and did the Pick 6 combo. Danny was so kind and so patient even though we were like “we’re still looking” like twice. He brought us refills and then put them in to go cups for us when he realized our food was boxed up and we were still sipping on our original drinks. I do not know why, but Danny made our BWW phenomenal. Service here is normally kind of.. poor.. but Danny definitely will have us coming back! Give that boy a raise!

ordered food to go. opened the box to realize my 6 piece boneless wings only had 5. we requested the sauce on the side for the 15 traditional wings. opened the bag and there were no sauces inside. all sides of ranch were also missing. terrible quality and service.

My partner and I are often at Buffalo wild wings as it’s a great atmosphere. The service for our to go food was great. But the food quality did not meet that standard. I am always prating that we don’t have to give this place up as it was one of our favorites. If someone could explain the portion size of the fries if I ordered a large.I don’t expect much but I do expect appropriate portions if that’s what I am paying for.

Being that I’m a truck driver I rarely get to order food when I’m on the road but I got a chance today. When I ordered my food online it didn’t add my birthday reward. The manager overheard me telling the cashier and he immediately jumped into action and rectified the issue immediately. Not slowing me down to get back to the truck at all. My food was ready and they made my beverage fresh. The cashiers were polite and the manager is the kind of manager I like. Listening to what’s going on in the store no matter where he is at. Don’t know if I will ever be back this way again but if I am I will definitely stop here with my husband for lunch.

Came in on a Sunday, was not busy at all. Staff was standing around. Order fried pickles as an appetizer, they looked as if they had been double dipped/refried. Asked the waitress could I get a a fresh order of them, no difference. Wings, and fries came out cold. I asked to speak with a manager, he came over I placed the fries in his hand and his response was they were kind of warm. His name is Eric, very unprofessional. I will never EVER visit this establishment again!

This place has a lot of potential, but they could definitely improve when it comes to sports. On NFL nights or during MLB playoffs, it’s kind of a letdown when there’s just a random game on instead of the big games happening right then. It doesn’t really feel like a true sports bar—more like a place with TVs that might have a game on if you’re lucky. I just see guest all looking at one tv behind them to watch a game.
The food can be slow, but that’s pretty much expected here. It’s not a huge deal if they can get the other things right. Service is always solid, though, which makes a big difference

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The service was horrible and the food was cold/terrible. My family and I waited 1 1/2 hrs for our food only to receive it COLD. Our waitress(Alex) barely came to the table to check in with us or to see if we needed anything(2) times in 1 1/2 and they WERE NOT busy. The excuse was there’s a new menu. I opted to cancel my order and to pay for my drink only. I am very disappointed and reminds we why I DO NOT come to eat here. I spoke with the manager Jessica and she was nice and understanding. This was a terrible experience and everyone in our party (5 adults and 1 toddler) was disappointed in the service here.
