I come here so often and more times then not workers are always distracted and not paying attention. I’m not expecting 5 star service from a bunch of teens so it’s understandable. But today I ordered a chicken Cali and was given a completely different item.
Like I said I don’t expect much BUT the bare minimum- home girl who is ALWAYS distracted and talking the entire time needs to do better because I know this one is on her.

No one working here. Had a good attitude. They messed up our order and gave us something completely different than what we wanted. Everyone just seemed miserable and that reflected in the service and the food.
My family is a fan of Charlie’s and this was disappointing. They didn’t even put seasoning on the fries.

This location closes by 7pm. Despite all the interaction with reviews, NO one from Charley’s has corrected the hours on Google… Why do they close so early anyway??? Last time I was in this food-court; I watched them serve 9 orders in the last 10 minutes of being open, turning away a 10th person at 7pm. While serving 9 orders in 10 minutes is impressive; This portrays that there is a demand for them to stay open later. The PX closes at 8pm; at most malls food-courts stay open until or later than store hours. Not this one, bonkers! Mismanaged!

I have not been to Charleys since last year because the employees were rude and nothing was done about it, just told me to come again, as if its okay to be rude to your paying customers. I love the food so I thought I’d give it another try. Was in line at 6:05pm on 6/30/2022. The people behind us were told they were closed. Thought you closed at 7:00pm? There was no sign up stating otherwise. Also, out of lettuce, again and lemonade. The customer service has not improved at all. I suggest more CS training and reminding them of closing time.

the young lady wearing glasses with her hair pulled back in a hat making the subs was extremely rude to customers, myself included. she was speaking quietly with an attitude and little to no patience. if we didn’t respond immediately to her or didn’t hear her questions, she would huff and puff while full on rolling her eyes at us. she even uttered to another worker that an elderly customer wasn’t being responsive enough and yet again rolled her eyes right in front of us. it felt like i was inconveniencing her by ordering food there. we all have bad days but her behavior was completely inappropriate.

Charley’s has always been pretty solid for a decent cheese steak. I would say in the last year I have lost interest in this location. A loss of quality, serving size and staff is beginning to show. I still occasionally eat here, but I am not going out of my way to do so. I wish they did breakfast like all Charley’s overseas. This certain location was pretty consistent. Fort Jackson’s Charley’s comes to mind as the worst followed by another that thankfully was shuddered already.

I have tried to get food ordered at this location twice now and there is always an issue. Last week I went to the location at 4:40pm and a sign was up and no one was able to order. I ordered today at 3:10 (30 minutes before close time) and my order was placed online successfully. I had a dasher go to the location to find a sign that the location is closed. Extremely poor service that an order was not prepared when made well before close time. I will not be giving this location any further attempts and will also recommend others to use the location in hanover.

always come here for the buffalo chicken subs. cant beat them no matter where else you try they are the best. if you fill out the survey on the back of the receipts you get free fries and drink on your next purchase. the staff is always friendly. not the fastest on lunch rush but its.worth the wait. they have all kinds of spices and vinegar for their crunchy fries. love the combo of the two. this is in the food court of the exchange mall.
