Food is what you expect, the good stuff.
It’s a rest stop so it’s big room cafeteria seating for all the restaurants. So you are eating with some rest characters. Understand.
It’s a clean well maintained renovated not too far back rest stop.
What shocked me the most was when she threw the bag of food at me instead of handing it to me properly. This behavior was completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and frankly, humiliating. It made me feel unwelcome and disrespected in a place that usually prides itself on kindness and hospitality.
Even her manager and teammates seemed uncomfortable with her actions and tried to maintain professionalism despite her outbursts. I don’t know what caused her to act this way, but it was clear that she had no interest in doing her job with basic decency or respect.
I strongly urge Chick-fil-A management to address this issue immediately. No customer or coworker should ever be treated like this.
