This was such a nice visit! I got items on the menu I’ve never eaten for a better experience. I wasnt disappointed! The peanut saucd with the truffle fries was tasty but those curry puffs were fantastic. I could have eaten them a bit spicy but the flavor was defi itely there IMO. Good addition to the area! Meeting with staff was great and they are VERY HOSPITABLE! Good space in the back for gatherings. Make your way there soon if you can. I came at a time that wasnt busy but Saturday night I was informed they are quite busy so keep that in mind.

This place blew me away with the food, service, and aesthetic! Everything we ordered was a 10/10 flavored to perfection. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they had great music playing. It’s a modern twist to authentic Thai cuisine, such a unique experience! Food came out extremely quick within less than 10 min with amazing taste and beautiful presentation! They’ve only been open for a month and already doing great, this is my new favorite place to dine! Will definitely come back!

Today was first soft opening day for Cassette Thai Diner downtown Peekskill. We just came back, and I’m here to tell you Peekskill has a brand new, exciting, AMAZINGLY good restaurant! It’s not just a good Thai restaurant. It’s a good restaurant period! Everything was executed well- especially for first day of soft opening. They did a great job with decor. Even the music playlist was perfect, creating a nice contemporary atmosphere.
It’s not your standard Thai take out place with cliche buddhas, Thai music, and standard curries with choice of beef, chicken or shrimp. It’s so SO much better. The menu has so many interesting dishes we had a hard time choosing which ones to get as our first (but certainly not our last). One of the owners said they’ll be adding more dishes, so don’t fret if your favorites aren’t there yet. Try something new.
The flavors on everything were fresh and bold and creative Finally! I’m just so excited to see them succeed in all their choices. It’s intentional, quality, reasonable price, and tasteful.
Pictured: Drinks: Thai ice tea, pink jasmine date milk tea. Apps: Cassette Kanom Krok (wonderful), Som Tum Thai Papaya Salad (i asked for white person medium, Thai person mild). Mains: Wai Yao Noodles, Emerald Short Ribs (both incredible with wonderful flavors). Dessert: Bua Loi Ice cream (perfection. Sweet but not too sweet).
Even the way they packaged our to-go leftovers was creative and thoughtful.

Finally, authentic Thai Food in our “friendly town” of Peekskill! Just like the rest of the reviews, I was warmly greeted into the inviting space and was blown away by the stellar service and perfectly presented, superbly seasoned food. The Thai Iced Coffee was a delight and also served as a sweet treat as I was too full for dessert. I am looking forward to many more meals in this gem of a restaurant!

This is one of the best restaurant! The food absolutely authentic taste and remind me of Thailand!! Drinks and dessert I got was strawberry matcha drink and Bua Loy. Unbelievably delicious. Shrimp cake is so unique and hard to find from anywhere else. I also ordered Moo Kron Na Rok and Dunkin Noodle so so so delicious. I would recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back for more.

Found this spot after hiking nearby and the food really hit the spot. The drinks were really interesting (butterfly pea foam thai iced tea), and the food was super flavorful. I got the drunken noodles, it was spicy but tasty.
