I absolutely love Jimmy John’s and the fact that they deliver and the good is always fast and fresh… BUT… Over the past couple weeks, I have tried to order delivery 5 times. They call me and tell me they don’t have a driver and I have to pick it up, cancel it or pay with a credit card for Uber eats or doordash. The one time I agreed to pay online, my good was late, hard and left outside with no notification or any knock. Just left. Terrible for your reputation. I suggest keeping applications in file and always accept them, keep a back up driver, also. You guys are known for your fast delivery.

Your Jimmy John’s store in Walled Lake, MI (1102 E West Maple Rd.) has just provided the worst delivery service since I moved here 10years ago.
Instructions said “Leave at front door.” It got left in an unlit spot to the right of my garage door. It was placed on top of a pile of bricks and above a sign that asks that deliveries be taken to the front door. It’s unbelievable, but here’s the photo… My walkway is shoveled and completely clear of snow.

I used to come to this Jimmy John’s location every week for lunch, but it’s really gone downhill lately. I stopped by on Saturday around 2 PM and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had there.
My unwich was thrown together so poorly — the meat was hanging out everywhere and falling apart. I worked for Jimmy John’s for years, and we would never have sent something like that out to a customer. I also asked for extra pickles, and there were none. To top it off, the lettuce leaves were brown and wilted — completely unappetizing.
I paid extra for a side of Kickin’ Ranch, and when I opened it, it was maybe 1/4 full. Absolutely unacceptable. I went back through the drive-thru and asked to speak to a manager. He offered to give me pickles on the side, and I said no, please remake the sandwich because it was falling apart. There was no apology, no care, nothing.
The “manager” was extremely unprofessional and barely said a word. He looked way too young and inexperienced to be running a restaurant — no customer service skills at all. Sadly, this location has completely lost the quality and professionalism it used to have. I won’t be coming back.

Drove to this location today only to be told they are not taking orders. They claimed to be backed up with online orders so they were not serving any customers that were there…in person. I have no idea how this could be considered acceptable business practice. How are you prioritizing online orders over your live customer?
Have had other more positive experiences in the past, hence the good grade for food quality – but the fact that they sent my family away today is enough for me to not return. With me we’re two people who have never been to a Jimmy John’s before (yes that’s a thing) – and I’m sure they won’t try it again.

Placed an order for delivery through their website. They tried to deliver it through uber and it took an hour when I’m 1 mile from the store. Garbage.

Worst location, avoid. Decided to give them another chance but same crappy service. A lettuce wrap shouldn’t be a single piece of lettuce with stuff haphazardly thrown on it and rolled in paper. Fell apart as I barely opened the wrapper and I needed a fork to eat it. If I wanted a salad I would’ve gone to Panera. Also paid for extra meat and it was definitely not given. I never do reviews but this was so awful I felt it was warranted.

I ordered the #12 beach club, got home 20 minutes later and the employee put zero turkey in this sandwich. I tried to send an email to Jimmy John’s via email with my complaint and attached a photo of the sandwich with no turkey on it and the Jimmy John’s site blocked me. ♀️

Arrived at 8:53pm tonight and tried going inside but the door was locked so I went through the drive through. They helped the vehicle in front of me but told me that they were closed at the moment when I pulled up to order at 8:56pm. I also called ahead to make sure they were open until 9 and they said yes. I pulled up to the window but the employee refused to help me, even though I arrived before 9 and would have been gone by then as well. Disappointing.
