It’s so nice to have Chicago style pizza in Orlando, and it’s delicious. All the ingredients are just like back home. The crust is everything you want, and not the chewy, limp, kind that they claim is NY style. The sauce is great as well. The pizza is also cut into squares. The way it’s “spose-ta-be” Brad is legit and recognized my “Loop 97.9” shirt right away.

FINALLY – 25 years in Florida and finally found a pizza place!!! Pizza in Central and South Florida generally is sub-standard for someone coming from Chicago. Brad’s pizza is very very close, and now my go-to place. I’ve been wanting to try this for a while and finally got there last night. Got one deep dish (Chicago-style) and one thin (tavern-style) on my way home last night. The deep dish crust was very close. On both pizzas he nailed the cheese and sauce. Tasted like back home. Thank you Brad, you have made a long-time Chicago guy very happy. I’m now a regular and will be going back often. Hopefully many people can try this and taste the difference.

He did it! He made the closest thing to Lou Malnatis chicago style pizza I can find in Florida!! This pizza was really good! A little more corn oil in the crust and it would be perfect because corn oil is actually what give it a buttery crust. I’ve learned this making these myself. But aside from that this pizza is delicious and I will definitely return for more!! Way better than Unos and Giordanos!

Really good Chicago style deep dish pizza. I didn’t give it 5 Stars because the dough is based off the Tuscany region of Italy where they do not salt the bread. The pickup is a little weird as it is just a little 8×8 counter with kitchens in the back. But the order was done on time an easy ordering online

This is a takeout/delivery only place that shares kitchen space with several other restaurants, but they have very good deep dish and tavern pizza for FL. If you like to load your deep dish with toppings, expect a longer wait. Prices can get high because they charge per topping outside of cheese. I’d come back if I ever get a craving for Chicago style pizza

Amazing pizza. Being from Chicago I love both styles. But personally I love deep dish. Brad’s underground makes it hard to decide which is better!!! That’s a good thing.

Is the best pizza in Orlando? I think so. We got the thin crust cheese pizza and a deep dish. The sauce is my favorite part – it tastes like a clean tomato sauce, super fresh. We live far but don’t mind the drive. 11/10 would definitely recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a place for dinner on Wednesday night. The photos of the pizza lured us in. We didn’t realize it was carry out only but we decided to get one to go. We got the tomato and cheese deep dish. We were very satisfied. The pizza is delicious. We will definitely be back. The only thing that could have been better was the crust. It didn’t have a lot of flavor. From some of the other reviews saying how good the crust was, It must have just been an off day.
