I placed my order online and got a phone call IMMEDIATELY that they were out of a certain vegetable; I substituted it with no problems.
First of all, the respect to call and tell me so fast is not something you come across these days. Much respect and appreciation for that and to me its those little things that count.

I hate that I have to write this review. I do so to alert restaurants and other consumer supported businesses to STEP UP their game. Miserable sleep with some of this food heavy in my stomach. I was very hungry from working all day. I do not endorse this restaurant. Periodt!! Overly Pleasant women at the counter knew I was going to get old food. Chicken wings were tough. The shrimp roll was also tough, barely any shrimp in it, overly challenging to chew. The rice was not properly mixed AT ALL. A little mushy, some flavor was more prominent at the top of the container. Amateur cooks, serving old untasty food, UP Charging like every other business since Covid. I actually would like a FULL REFUND! I stopped eating this sort of food because of the poor quality during Covid and skimping with shrimp, etc. I wanted to give the so-called “best in town” a try. Well, I did, and the RESULT IS HERE. Waste of gas, money, and discomfort to my stomach! NEVER AGAIN!

They are money hungry. I order frequently so today i purchased beef and broccoli. I only got five pieces of beef, to talk to the manager because I ordered all the time and he told me it’s by measurement and was arrogant and I did not like that I would never order here again I was so hungry today. I ordered a combo and I’m not happy. At all!

It’s the most wonderful thing I ever tasted, the best Chinese Food spot in CT. When I tasted their Crab Rangoon, it awakened my eyes and gave me the drive and motivation to do stuff again. I was going through though times and Oriental’s food really help me pulled out of that. I like to say thank you for saving me Oriental

We have been looking for a good Chinese food place and we are super happy with Oriental! They were very nice and welcoming when I picked up our order. Our food was absolutely delicious with plenty for left overs. Can’t beat the price and quality!

I do not recommend, my husband got so many hard almost burned chicken all batter and hard fries some were hard others soggy, the soup tasted like nothing it feel like just a mixture of water and oil no salt and as if they just tossed the noodles in there. The only thing I can’t complain is the tea and white rice it would be astonishing if they would mess up white rice but it’s the fact that most of our food was uneatable if it was just like something small like a messed up egg roll I wouldn’t mind but my husbands whole order and the soup was not good. cooks have to keep factors like flavor, seasoning, portions and quality in mind when preparing food it’s not all about the money your reputation and preparation will define your business do better.

The delivery time was decent. It was kind of expensive.I ordered fried chicken and fries it was not horrible but it could have been better. Small things such as the fries had some bad ones in it like brown ones, and the chicken was delicious I recommend. Over all this experience was a 3.5 star thing ! ♀️

They do not sell fried rice, in fact there is nothing fried about this rice, it taste like yellow rice cooked in a slow cooker. What fried rice have you had that’s mushy? Chicken was soft and we asked that it be made well done and the pork in our rice was the equivalent to fat. Me and my family were not happy at all. Money well wasted.
