The DJ needs to be fired. He was harmful to my ears and when asked if he could change the music he continues keep purring sound effects within the music like braking glass. Nice spot in the Northeast. Drinks are on point. Bartender are good mixologist. There food is not bad, but it’s a separate bill. They do not take credit cards only cash and they have ATM machine. You can play pool and plenty of seating.

Update: bartending staff decided to seek me out and harass me via social media . She commented on a post I made and proceeded to harass my inbox regarding how “ungrateful” I was and rude my review was. Called me “weird” and asked “ who even are you?”. Word to the wise do not spend your money here they are extremely unprofessional and hold no accountability. I have never been contacted in a negative way from a business when discussing my grievances regarding the service. The next time I’m contacted I’m putting the business on blast and filing a restraining order to staff.
I can not speak on the food because I had no interest in spending another dime here. Last night was my first night at this establishment and it will be my last. My group had a section for my cousins birthday party. The theme was cowboy. Vibes were ok until we decided to go to the bar for a drink. The female bartender never acknowledged us, and when I tried to grab her attention she stated “wait a minute you’re in line”. The “line” took over an hour plus. We overheard the bartender literally bad talking us and our group to another patron and laughing about how she’s making us wait which my we did not appreciate. I moved to the other bartender and the wait was equally as long but he attempted to make it right. The energy was completely off to the point my best friend said she was scared to drink the drink because they may spike the drink. The regulars pulled me to the side at different times of the night and stated that “unfortunately you’re beautiful and they don’t treat the beautiful women here well because they are territorial.” I’m not exaggerating when I say I was told that ALL night by different women. All and all I will never return here. It had the potential to be great but unfortunately they missed the mark with poor service in a bar that wasn’t even busy.

I came here to support and help with one of Mack events hosted here at Chill n Cheers. The space will visual appealing and clean. The cooks were exceptional with staying on top of orders and keeping things running smooth as the crowd came for Mack’s Back to School Event. Mack’s Events are always done with the Community in mind. Mack came to speak with everyone and made sure your needs were meet if you were vending. The vendors at her event were a good mix and it was something for everyone to enjoy. Since this was a Kids Back to School event, it was so decent to see the kids enjoy Mack celebrating them. I happy to know Mack and you should book her for your next event!

Great Vibe The Dj that does the Karaoke there is super lit the fun vibes never stopped. Drinks are cool , its a hood atmosphere but always lit never seen any trouble. Food choices are light i hope for them to expand there menu, but the wings and shrimp fried rice was poppin.

This is a nice neighborhood bar. If you’re in the Olney Rising Sun Avenue section Philadelphia check it out just to have a drink or two. It was mentioned in an earlier review that a bartender with a red ponytail was not a good bartender. My experience with her has been nothing but perfect…and I go to a lot of bars. If you read this post and you visit this bar.. tell her Mr. O sent you. One love to the management and staff. Always a good time for my after work hours.
