Love coming here for lunch great food it’s usually pretty chill, very friendly and helpful service. $11. 50 for a hamburger though…ya’ll must be outcha minds! All in all still deserves 5 stars and a must try if you’re in the Howard Suamico area!

On a Friday night at 6.30pm. The restaurant had 5 people other than the 4 people we met there. The waitress added us to the table but offered no extra settings for us. We ended up finding extra silverware settings.
Waitress waited over 10 minutes to ask us if we needed drinks. But by then we were ready to order so we had two appetizers and 3 pizzas for a table of 6.
Drinks took another 15 minutes to get to us.
The breadsticks were literally burnt to the point you knew there was absolutely no quality control. Not even the waitress batted an eye.
The cheese sticks were cooked properly but were flavorless.
The loaded baked potato soup was literally just thickened chicken broth (not a white cream soup) with nothing in it but one piece of potato. No veggies, bacon or anything chunky at all.
The pizza wasn’t bad but not great. In the end, two things are clear:
1. There is no focus on quality control
2. There is a lack of staff training. The waitress was sweet but didn’t know what she was doing. At one point I went to the bar to get another beverage and she never even saw me. She was talking to one of the 3 other people at the bar.
Those two issues can only drill down to 1 thing. Poor management. On a Friday night you would think they would try harder. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I needed to on this one. We had lunch there on a Tuesday and we were one of two small parties in the restaurant at the time. We ordered three lunch meals, a couple sodas and an order of cheese curds and the total was over fifty dollars. The soup that came with the meal was, to our best judgment, watered down pizza sauce. The calzones were not very good for 12 dollars each, and when we ordered another couple sodas, the waitress opened the sodas and continued to talk with her co-workers for no less than 7 minutes before bringing us said sodas. Remember, we were one of two parties left in the restaurant at the time. I don’t mind spending 50 bucks on a meal, frankly I believe we deserve it every now and again, but in our opinion the food was not worth the amount we spent. I’m not trying to be rude or mean I just want people to know of our experience and cost.

Understaffed for dinner service. Wait staff inattentive to table needs. Kitchen understaffed and untrained, per staff. Our 2 pizza’s took 1.5 hours to make although the location was not busy, 11 persons not including ourselves. Food taste average, albeit was somewhat cold or barely warm.

Unfortunately, they were grossly short handed. The staff that was there did the best they could. HOWEVER, after waiting a long time to place our order, we waited an even longer time to receive our food. HOWEVER, when it was almost time to get our food we were told they were out of perch. Why weren’t we notified when we placed our order?(5 out of 6 of us ordered perch Friday night) So then we needed to order something else. We changed our order to Cod, they discovered 1 plate of perch which they should have kept in the kitchen or better yet, thrown out. It was the worst plate of perch I’ve ever had, Also the greasiest. My plate had a puddle of grease under the perch. Ran out of drinking glasses. I don’t ever plan on returning.

Won free pizza for a year in a golf outing. Very pleasantly surprised when my friends and I went there. I thought the price of drinks was a little high, but they have costs they need to pay, too! The pizza was very good, the service was reasonable, the staff very helpful, but it was very underlit for a restaurant.

Disappointed asked if they made thick crust pizza I was assured that they did when the food finally arrived the crust was so thin dry, cracker. The sauce was overly sweet the waitress could careless and never brought the manager over.

Wait staff sucked food only good for those wanting high sugar levels and could careless how long it takes to get the food

We were invited for the soft open today, and we loved the place! Great environment, good service, great food! The pizza was great and the people in my group who had food items other than pizza loved it too! Will be back again. Opens all the way on Monday, April 14th. I recommend making a visit!

We went to celebrate my nieces birthday at Sam & Louie’s the other night. We had about 15 people there. We were very disappointed with the establishment and employees (especially the owner). Very rude and uncaring. Did not seem to care that we were paying customers. Pizza was not that good either (soggy). We will take our business elsewhere from now on.

We went on a Sunday for lunch. It took at least an hour to get our food, and even the salads took forever to come out. I ordered soup and it was never brought out. A customer who came in after us got their food, paid and left before we got our food. The excuse was that they only had one cook and he wanted to make all of the non-gluten free food first and then the gluten free food. Well, we didn’t even order anything specifically asking for it to be gluten free. I just ordered a salad and asked for no croutons. Even if we had requested gluten free, there has to be a better way to do this. I know there is, because I regularly order specifically gluten free food at other restaurants all the time and our food doesn’t take forever to come out. We had a 4yr old, twin 3yr old, and a 1yr old with us. The wait was way too long for them. I gave 2 stars only because my salad was good. My husband was not impressed with his calzone though. He said there were hardly any fillings inside and what was in it wasn’t spread out, it was all just in separate lines. He left hungry. Also, we chose this place because we were under the impression they had gluten free noodles, which is advertised on their website. They don’t, so our boys only ate small salads and a little bit of chicken. We had to feed them as soon as we got home. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
