I recently had the most amazing experience at this spot! The ramen is rich, flavorful, and absolutely comforting, while the poke is fresh, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned. The dumplings are another highlight hot, tender, and packed with delicious fillings that make them irresistible.
What really made the visit even better was the service. Pan is the nicest employee warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure the experience was top notch. 10/10 recommend! I’m so happy my siblings and I went here for dinner to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The food was delicious and authentic, best ramen I’ve had in Denver!! We loved the appetizers, specifically the coconut shrimp and hirata buns. The staff were incredibly kind and let us store our ice cream cake in their freezer while we wait and brought it out for our dessert.

Stopped by for dinner and was pleasantly surprised! The ramen broth was rich and flavorful with just the right kick of spice — perfect for a chilly evening. The chashu was tender and melted in every bite, and the noodles had a great chewy texture. Loved the little details like the narutomaki and crispy nori.
I also ordered the karaage on the side — super crispy outside, juicy inside, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. The unsweetened green tea balanced everything out nicely.
The restaurant was clean, cozy, and quiet — great atmosphere for enjoying a warm bowl of ramen without the rush. Definitely one of the better ramen spots around!

I had tonkatsu ramen, flavors are well balanced and comforting. The poke fixings all look so fresh as well. Highly recommend. Service is warm and caring and made me feel special.

The service was so kind and welcoming. I have not felt so much sincerity at any other restaurant. Super sweet people, amazing atmosphere, and great food. I tried the gyoza, their buns, and a Tonkotsu Ramen. My friend tried the Spicy Miso Ramen. Everything was delicious. The meat pulled apart so easily. It’s also worth mentioning that I usually hate ramen! I’ve tried over 8 places now since I want to like ramen, but couldn’t get into it … until now :’). Definitely might be a corny review but I’m being so genuine, I love this place and wish I was Keith Lee. It deserves all the recognition. I think the kindness from a restaurant seeps into the cooking somehow. Really nice people.

This place is great! Some of the best service I’ve had from a ramen place, or any restaurant really. The food was really good and is pretty well priced, I had the tonkotsu ramen and my friend had spicy miso. Both were great, and the counter guy even offered my girlfriend to make her something else free in case she didn’t like her ramen choice. Come here while it’s fresh!

Great food and friendliest staff! Broth was great and flavorful. Pork was perfectly cooked and the chicken is white meat chicken. Noodles were super tasty and the perfect egg noodle. We were happy campers. Will be back for sure.

As soon as I walked in, I already knew it was going to taste amazing, the smell was so so good! I got the tan tan ramen and it was absolutely delicious! And on top of that the atmosphere is so welcoming and warm!!! Definitely recommend!! Will be coming back many times!!!
