This is the only Chipotle location I go to. The team is always so kind and welcoming. The other locations in the area make you feel like an inconvenience, barely making eye contact, not friendly, and seem to be annoyed they are working. It’s the same food but it shows just how much costumer service matters to the overall experience for a customer. Good job guys, keep up the good work. The little things really do matter!

I don’t know how else to get feedback to Chipotle that there’s no easy way to just let your store team know there’s a simple problem. I clearly picked up someone else’s order from an app order for the drive thru. All I needed to do was call the store and ask them to remake it. The staff is so nice, they’re on time with every order. I know it was a simple mistake and I would have happily driven back to the store to pick it up. I tried 3 separate times to just call the store and speak to a person. Your overly complicated system forced me to file a complaint with a customer service rep before they’d transfer me to the store, and even then it redirected me back to your automated system. I truly didn’t want to lodge a “complaint”, I just wanted my lunch remade. I guess I’m just out $20. Didn’t chipotle announce they’re raising prices and focusing on “high-end clientele”? You’d think you’d get a simple phone system in place first.

Went in there and ordered 2 kids meals. This lady could barely fill up my meals with my sides. I politely asked for more food because that’s what the servings say. It became a huge deal and she refused to give me the food I had paid for. Horrible service and a terrible experience.

I did a Mobil order. The lady at the drive up was very nice. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered around 11 and did not do pick up until 1:30 (the time I said), the lettuce was wilted. Overall good experience.

Ordered chips and they had a very very pungent smell of cigarettes. Even as a smoker, the smell was SO bad I couldn’t even handle it. The bowls also come barely half full every time I order :/

I have visited this location more than once. Also, during different times of the day throughout several months. The only time I’ve found this place realitivly decent is evenings on the weekends. There is a young woman that shouldn’t be working with others. I witnessed her treat other staff members terrible, quite frankly she reminds me of the mean teenage girls you see in television or movies. I believe her name is Mary or Sherry although I could not make out what another young woman referred to her as. Absolutely sickening when I overheard someone crying in the woman’s restroom, as I washed my hands. Will continue to update as time goes on. Maybe this review will be an eye opener for the big fella to pay closer attention to his staff and how others are treated. Warning a few weeks ago I got diarrhea from their “shartnitas”.

Not sure how to phrase any of this, except my son (13) and I are out-of-state on vacation and he’s currently dealing with food poisoning from this location. He ate a chicken burrito Friday afternoon and started experiencing symptoms roughly 18 hours later. My husband and I ordered different meats on ours and haven’t had the same trouble, but after backtracking through our other meals this is the only one that differed. I love Chipotle but have heard conflicting reports about this one and we likely won’t be back. PSA.
