My husband and I stopped here on our way back to Elgin. I ordered the small special stromboli with no bell peppers and my husband ordered the spaghetti with meatballs. The stromboli was delicious. My husband enjoyed his spaghetti, but the meatballs were unsauced. I thought that was strange. Anyway, I ordered extra sauce to dip. I expected, just plain tomato sauce. But, it was actually meat sauce with chunks of tender ground beef and chunky tomatoes. Not gonna lie, that sauce was DELICIOUS. My husband took half for his meatballs, so I ordered another. The sevice was wonderful. My only suggestion…..marinate the meatballs in that sauce!!!!!

First time trying this place with my family last night, and everything was GREAT! Service, food, atmosphere… all top notch! My son had a pizza sub and my hubby and I both had the meat lovers stomboli along with an order of steak fries. Food was cooked well and well seasoned. We will definitely be back to try some other menu items.

Writing this review, I am craving pizza again. My boyfriend and I stopped here to grab lunch. The pizza was clearly homemade, and absolutely delicious. One medium pizza fed us both, and we couldn’t have asked for a better price. Also, our waitress was very kind, consistently checking up on us. Overall, a great experience. I would eat here again.

Camden House of Pizza is a local favorite for a reason! In all my years of coming here, I’ve never had a bad meal. My all-time favorite pizza comes from this place—even though it’s not on the menu: a large feta cheese with gyro meat and jalapeños. Spicy but absolutely amazing! Their wings are great too. Always consistent, always delicious.

Chicken Stromboli is always top notch! We get pizza from here now instead of Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has transformed into a delivery / carry out place. CHOP’s is still a customer focused diner pizzeria. It’s always a pleasure to dine here.

The restaurant was packed and we got the last table available. They had several people that came in right after us that had to wait about 20 mins for a table. The food was good. It’s a simple local Italian restaurant. Nothing remarkable but also nothing to complain about. We had the Pick-Your-Own 4 Toppings pizza. We chose pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, and black olives. We also got a side of garlic bread with cheese. The prices were reasonable.
Because they were so busy, table service was hard to get when you needed and the food took a while to get to the table. Mom and I didn’t mind the wait because we hadn’t spent time together and it allowed us to talk.
We had to park down the street at the Wells Fargo Bank. They were closed, so, it wasn’t a problem. The walk wasn’t bad and the streets were pretty empty, well-lit, a felt safe.

I am a regular at this place for a reason. Great variety and great tasting food. The owner is very friendly as is the wait staff. I’ve never been in this place when it wasn’t brimming with customers. Even with the large volume, seating is fast as is the service from ordering to it being placed on the table. Definitely one of the jewels of the Camden restaurant scene.

I had a to go order. Spaghetti & meatballs. I got mine without the melted cheese on top. Came with garlic bread. Was piping hot when I picked it up. I have enough for another meal. It was very delicious.

The staff was friendly, the Gyro was good, and the order came quickly. Quaint little place if you find yourself in Camden.
