Amazing Starbucks – Great Service & Amazon Driver Perk!
I stopped by this Starbucks and had a really great experience. The place is clean, modern, and very spacious inside — perfect for sitting down, studying, or just relaxing. They also have a drive-thru and plenty of parking, which makes it super convenient, especially in winter.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast. I also received a free Starbucks drink as part of the Amazon driver appreciation, which was such a nice surprise and really made my day. Huge respect to Starbucks for supporting Amazon drivers like this!
They have a wide selection of drinks, pastries, and lots of merchandise on display. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the inside area is big enough for families or anyone who wants to sit comfortably.
Overall, a great Starbucks location — excellent service, clean environment, and thoughtful perks. I definitely recommend it!

The cute young girl i forget her name bret or something with letter b had good customer service very outgoing and very polite made the whole experience great this was 11/16/2024…. On the other hand the black young lady needs to be more outgoing and more polite the place was clean and well maintained as well one of the better starbucks in wisconsin.

Stopped here for my birthday because I was in town. The staff was so nice and friendly. Also they wished me a happy birthday plus whoever made my drink wrote a note and drew some pretty flowers on the cup for a design. I have been to many starbucks over the years on my birthday and this staff was by far the best!! Plus my drink was the best I have had in a long time at a Starbucks! Highly recommend

Where is the customer service at this “brand-new” location??? Do the staff even know how to make anything correct?? Pay attention to the details, new training, new management just someone please help this location.
I’ve tried so many times to give them a chance but its ongoing since they opened. Its horrible!! The early morning staff extremely rude, don’t acknowledge an error just blame it on your co-worker. Real professional! The picture I’m providing is probably one the easier drinks…iced green tea with no water and LIGHT ICE! My cup was 100 percent full of ice!!! This happens all the time, no offer to remake and best part no other customers are in line so you would think quick…fast and correct but NOPE!

I was a little apprehensive to come here due to the reviews. But my daughter wanted to go. The croissant was good, both drinks were tasty and served as fast as mixed coffee drinks can be served. It was busy enough to keep the baristas busy the whole time we sat down to drink our drinks.
I’m thinking the one star reviews were from people that don’t have the patience for a business start up and for people to learn, then wonder why companies close down. Starbucks obviously are large enough to withstand the Karen’s. If we come back and get poor service twice in a row I will edit this review.
