We ordered Mango Lassi, Madras (Hot) Prawn, Tandoori Chicken (one whole chicken), and a bread basket consisting of a variety of Indian breads — Plain Naan, Roti and Puri.
The Mango Lassi was perfectly thick and refreshing. The Madras Prawn Curry was made with fresh prawns and delivered a deliciously hot and spicy kick, just as we like it. The Tandoori Chicken was beautifully marinated with Kashmiri herbs, tender and flavourful, and paired wonderfully with the doi yogurt. The bread basket was freshly prepared and complemented the dishes perfectly.
After our meal, a handsome waiter pleasantly surprised us with a traditional Indian Mukhwas, elegantly served in a decorative tray with four small bowls and decorated with a lovely carnation flower as embellishment. To make the evening even sweeter, he also served us two After Eight chocolates on a plain white plate.
The thoughtful presentation and attentive service truly impressed us and made the optional gratuity well deserved. It was a memorable dining experience, and we would absolutely love to return again.
There’s been more satisfying places with authentic flavours.
Feel well satisfied after dinning here, will definitely be going back!!
Waiter suggested a more suitable and cheaper option than we were originally intending. We ordered Chicken Pakoda and Raja’s grill. The food was quite tasty and felt authentic, and the portion sizes were very generous. Wait staff and the owner were nice and friendly too. Although we went in thinking it was a more expensive place than we usually go to, we ended up paying less than we do typically. Very good experience overall.
