They never have beef!!! Have driven many times and gone on a few miles to Ashland City. They always have beef! Same Owner! Guess he’s prejudiced against Pleasant View customers! lol who knows?

We ordered a few different items. The loaded baked potato was really good. The beef plate was also good, and the sides were small but good. The ribs, however, were not good. Way to fatty and dry at the same time. Bought a full rack and was barely able to eat much of them. The dining area was freezing and extremely quiet, with no background music or anything.

This Whitt’s location is new and way easier to get in and out… for now.
We called in our order for pick up and they had it ready in the 10 minutes it took us to get there.
The rib plate is a good price with a a decent amount of meat. Very consistent, the ribs are always fall of the bone and juicy!
I got home and added a side of sugar free bbq sauce but they didn’t need it. They were finger licking good!

Usually love Whitt’s but my last visit meat for my bbq was a little dry. But doesn’t mean it’s always that way just last visit wasn’t impressed.

The barbecue was delicious my only complaint is I should have checked my order before I left because I ordered a small slaw and they gave my potato salad instead. And the size of the small containers is absolutely ridiculous for a 1.99. I won’t order a small ever again.

Paid $11 for this… The cornbread was good, the baked beans were decent, and that’s about all the positive I can say… The pork was pretty flavor less, and I’m not sure what the salty vinegar liquid was, but it’s not BBQ sauce. The mac and cheese tasted like straight melted Velveeta. The banana pudding was a good size, but tasted like jello pudding with a little banana. Wish I would have gone to Arby’s for BBQ instead…

I’ve ordered from Whitts two nights in the past week. The food was great and nicely prepared. It was all fresh and the two girls working were super fast and friendly. Both had big smiles on their faces and were very helpful. Definitely will be back!

I usually have a great experience here and leave a good tip. The last couple of times I’ve been here they have severely declined. I wish I did not leave such a large tip only to get home and realize my nachos barely had any chips and the portion size was way smaller than normal. I got two turkey nachos. One of them had maybe 5 chips in it and the other had barely any as well. I will not be coming back here when the ashland city Witt’s is just up the road and they never fail to actually give you enough for the price.
