This is James Beard- nominated Chef Jimmy Li’s restaurant and it didn’t disappoint! If you search for excellent but reasonably priced seafood, you shall come here, not the Strip! Nothing to complain! As a Vegas local, I would like to try other foods in the future!
1. Food
I had a 6 course meal that is kind of fusion, east and west. Good presentation (see the pictures) I loved the wonton soup, octopus salad and especially Seafood Rice which is perfectly cooked, fragrant, buttery and full of flavor. The seafoods were so fresh, they bring them directly from Seattle and Maine everyday. The dessert, Green tea Tiramisu was very rich and sweet for me.
The overall portion could be small. I could have finished 1.5 serving lol
2. Ambience
As the name ‘Sea Fresh’ suggests, it is an ocean concept restaurant. Minimal decor with fishnet, vessel drawing, fish mockup. A quite small place with a bar seating that has about 15 seats.
3. Service
There was only one server who was friendly and attentive. Explained everyday dish. Kept filling the water and checking if there is anything needed in a timely manner.
4. Hygiene
Utensils, glasses, table and floor.. everything was clean.
5. Price
Prix Fixe. It is reasonable price for the quality of food. Much cheaper than the Strip!!!!
6. Location
It is conveniently located in Chinatown, about 15 minutes from the Strip.
7. Parking
It is in the popular restaurant & shopping plaza so it gets busy often. Might have to look for a spot like 5-10 minutes during prime hours.
8. ETC
– No take out or delivery
– Limited seats, reservation recommended
– No alcohol license at the time of visit (I think they allow you to bring your own)

Very nice dinner and service. Good quality was excellent and dishes were all done well. Can’t wait to go back. Did the $49 6 course prix fixed.

I don’t particularly like to add negative reviews, so this review is on my personal likes and dislikes. You might experience a better taste because you favor this type of food. Lets start off positive. The waitress was very friendly and informative. There are a few not so good comments. Let’s start, disorganized menu, food slow to arrive, not much flavor, seemed watered down,pricey. My wife could not finish, she just said “I don’t like it”. She ordered “Seafood Rice”, which included Lobster(whole),shrimp,mussels(which she called abalone)calamari, and fish I think. She had 1/2 lobster tail and a shrimp w/rice. Thats it,I finished it, more because that 1 dish cost me $40. It was just ok to me. Not sure if it was a Thai dish or what, I couldn’t tell. Anyways, thats my review. 2 stars for the waitress. I should have followed my first rule,which is, If you walk into a restaurant for the first time,and you are the only customers, and its 5:30 pm, prime dinner time,be polite,turn around and try somewhere else. If you love seafood. It’s the place to go. We got 1, 6 courses menu for 2, and we hardly finished. They are still waiting for their liquor license, unfortunately. But, if you want alcohol they let you bring your own.

We booked online for July 01, 2023 Saturday reservation. The place is CLOSED, we waited awhile for that availability of the stated date. Very disappointed as if restaurant didn’t exist. I literally went the nxt door Korean Resto to ask the bartender the whereabouts of Sea Fresh 🙁 NO SIGNS JUST DOOR LOCKED. Our excitement was down to a drain. So for everyone future dining/foodie lover checking out this place : ITS CLOSED !!!!!!!!
