I went to McDonald’s to get a meal, and the service was awful. The staff seemed untrained — many of them don’t even speak English properly ♀️. I chose the “dine-in” option since the place wasn’t busy. I gave my table number, but they didn’t bother bringing the food to me; instead, they just called out my order number, which felt really lazy. I also paid extra for a sweet tea, but it wasn’t filled all the way. Out of my 10 nuggets, 4 were undercooked. I’ve also waited over 15 minutes for some fries. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend going there!

The food is usually fine, its a normal mcdonalds. Somewhat cheap and convenient. My question is why do they keep giving the creamy chilli sauces??? Anytime I order any sauces they replace the ones I ordered with creamy chilli consistently, I never order those. I had a 40 piece for me and my friend, app told me to choose 6 sauces, I ordered 6 hot mustards and all I got was 6 chilli sauces. What’s the deal with that?

This location is convenient for lunch on break, came in tonight the young girl manager sitting up front on her phone eating chicken nuggets where food is bagged and servers to customers. Food was cold old. Waste of money, location wasn’t busy most of the staff was outside taking pictures of the sunset rather then working. Unbelievable.

Had an absolute horrible experience here today. We did a mobile order, get there and they can’t find it. They say their machine is broke so it’s not coming through, they make us reorder our food at the second window and PAY AGAIN. They told us they would refund us but did not. They asked us what our order was 15 times with 15 different people and we just kept telling them the same thing over and over. We were in line for 15 minutes and people kept beeping at us because they were being absolutely incompetent to make a simple $20 order. An absolute joke of a location.

Gave me the wrong number, refused to give me my order as I did not have a paper reciept even tho they saw me at the window. Did not speak english. Ended up charging me $35 for a $20 order. All they said was Ehsorry nada.

Can’t believe I’m actually reviewing McDonalds, but here we go… placed a mobile order on 08/16/2025.
– First red flag: Drive-thru took 15 mins with 3 cars.
– When I got to the window, there was zero customer interaction at drive-thru. No acknowledgment. I get it – it’s McDonalds, but still… I felt like I was annoying them by showing up.
– They forgot part of my order – I didn’t realize until a few mins after I left the drive-thru
– I went back through the drive-thru, explained I was missing an item, and referenced my mobile order code. The worker argued the code didn’t exist and that I wasn’t missing anything…
– Proceeded to drive-thru pickup window and showed them my order receipt. Lady didn’t want to look at me – just simply handed me over the missing item and remained with a scowl on her face.
Horrible customer service. Hire people who shred an ounce of work ethic and can actually communicate with the customer. My worst experience at this location.

$21 doordash for a Filet-O-Fish with a medium fry with two Ranch sauces my food was cold so I brought my food back through the drive-thru they gave me back the same food that I had and it was cold and I spoke directly with the manager so a manager took it upon himself to cheat me out of $21 this McDonald’s is terrible and I would not recommend

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! It’s been a number of years since we’ve gone to this particular McDonald’s because they would consistently screw up the orders, since it’s been quite a while since we’ve been there we figured we would give it a try again hoping that those issues have been resolved. Well it’s even worse! I should have walked out when I first walked in,the first two people out of the three ahead of us were complaining about getting the wrong orders,yet I gave it a shot anyway, after waiting 25 minutes we did get some food, just not what we ordered. When I got the bag of wrong food (before I knew what was in it)I asked where are my drinks?, an ice coffee and a ice tea?They seemed even more confused than they already have been. The girl who took my order asked to see my receipt and said there’s no ice coffee on it,even though she asked me how I want my ice coffee and punched something onto the screen when ordering, she gave me the ice tea and I didn’t want to wait even longer to probably get more wrong stuff again so we split the ice tea and ate food that we didn’t order.I don’t care how many years go by,I will not go back again. I believe that they have been able to stay open because of the large number of tourists that come to that area who don’t know any better. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED AND GOOD LUCK!
