The owners of this establishment don’t ever stock up on anything that the customers want everything bagels on Sunday morning they could sell 50 of them and instead they have seven in stock and everybody gets turned away. Their ice cream in the ice cream freezer is old and crummy and expensive the best thing going for the place is the staff is fantastic if it wasn’t for the ladies and gentlemen that work there, no one would come in the place and spend any money whatsoever. The owner’s latest travesty is he won’t give you a cup of ice on a hot day. It’s unbelievable that that mentality exists when you’re in a hospitality business. I hope the owner reads this and I hope they get a clue as to how they need to start treating their customers stop running out of everything that your customers want and pay attention to what your customers are asking for maybe you’ll get more business and you’ll sell more donuts and you’ll sell more bagels and you’ll sell more sandwiches and your business will do better give it a thought it might work.
