Hidden gem – Big Hit! Tucked away in the Mall parking lot this place really shined. One of the Best Burgers I’ve had in a LONG time. Hot Honey chicken sandwich was equally delicious. Service was outstanding. Check them out – we’ll be back.

Maybe it was an off day but the place was not it. We Went when it was the champagne event.
We walked in then our kids wanted to sit outside so we walked back out and sat at the outdoor seating. We were next to the garage door they have so we could see in perfectly and very HIGHLY visible .
So we just sat there …. For about 6 minutes before my husband had to go in . Granted we saw all four workers walking around inside but no one came to touch base with us . We have kids 3,5,7 who just saw Santa and were happy to be here .
Food sadly took a very long time granted there were two other tables physically seated and no one else yet …
Fried macaroni balls were great crispy and delicious
Kids food :
two kids chicken fingers with macaroni and cheese burger slider with macaroni all came out hot and were cooked well and looked great
Parents food :
Two pimento cheese burgers with carmelized onions and one RARE and the other medium rare
Mine the rare one which is pictured is not rare at all . If I’m going to wait happily for good food which I was reading on google then so be it but my food was wrong and of course both burgers missing the sautéed onions .
Drinks : all kids had lemonade. I ordered a Hawaiian beer which was aromatic and refreshing
Waiting to pay : our server dropped the check, we put the card in and had it sitting up . Kids all had potty breaks and still no server so my husband brought it to the bartender who was kind to cash us out . I get it there were two performers for the ring they had for the champagne event but we really wanted to go and no hunt our server down .
The venue is not big at all for the restaurant .

Got the cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was okay. There wasn’t a lot of cheese on it. It looks like they tried to grill the burger with cheese down and most of it melted off.
Now, the onion rings were horrible. Got 2 onion rings that were good but the rest of them barely had any coating on them. Basically I was just eating fried onions. Not happy with the food experience at all.

We had a little time to kill so we decided to go have some appetizers and a beer. This place had an excellent craft beer menu that even included some ciders. Peyton (I believe that was the name of the bar tender) was very friendly and accommodating. He was happy to take the time to tell us about the different brews and even some recommendations for attractions in the area. We ordered a fish taco appetizer to share and a couple of beers. The fish tacos were amazing! There are two restaurants, a cheese bar and a wine and craft beer store all in the same building that are owned by the same company. They apparently have professionally trained chefs on at all times that prepare the items on their menu from scratch and all fresh vegetables and ingredients. Consequently, their menus and techniques change slightly from day-to-day due to availability of ingredients. Overall, I thought this place was excellent. The fresh ingredients and professional chefs really took it over the top! Highly recommend!

We stopped in for a couple drinks and appetizers. It was around 2 pm, so it was not terribly busy. We sat at the bar and I had the delicious Cally (spicy, but I like spicy). The truffle fries and the wings were both delicious! I found the service was good, our bartender was a little slower, however she apologized and thanked us for our patience as she is new at bartering. Overall had a great experience, will be back for sure.

I believe this is the first time I’ve ever wrote a complaint about a restaurant. I’ve been to the craft bar several times because the food is delicious and the happy hour is great. However, the same diva who has been behind the bar is always very rude. I went yesterday.
He Never makes eye contact. He threw the menu at me and said what do you want. I heard him talking to another worker that he was mad that there were so many people at the bar. He was cleaning glasses and throwing things around very aggressively. He’s been like that every time I’ve been there. I feel like he needs to go. I told that DIVA never mind. I don’t want anything and I stormed out.

The food was really good!!
We had the fried chicken.
I had to ask for a different side as the mashed potatoes were “off” on the flavor (soured?) And they were super kind and brought out fries that were tasty AND super hot (like scalding my internal organs!).
I got 5 meals out of my 2 chicken dinners. So I would totally say it was worth the $20 meal.
The atmosphere was relaxed and easy. I would highly recommend.

An absolutely delicious gastropub that recently opened in Pensacola!
Let me just say: the fries and ketchup here are amazing!
Atmosphere: Located on the side of Wine World, the space has an interior seating as well as a small, covered outdoor seating area. It felt like an elevated sports bar experience!
Service: The waitress was wonderful! She made sure to check up on us, brought out the food, quickly, and made sure that our drinks were refilled.
Menu items: I got their Craft Burger with a side of fries, and all of it was flavorful and delicious! I’d come back just to eat the fries with the ketchup
This is a great place for a fun date night, girls night out, or even just an afternoon lunch!

We had such a wonderful experience at the Craft Bar in Destin, we couldn’t wait to try the one local to us in Pensacola. We knew they were dog friendly and we had some friends with us. There were 4 of us plus our dog, and we showed up on a Friday at 3 PM. We were a little surprised that there were only 2 tables with people, but the bar was about 1/2 full with patrons. We had the dog, so they said we would have to go outside on the patio. Finally, after 15 minutes, we had a waitress bring us a menu. Wow – 28 draft beers, and the same menu as Destin. Then another 15 minutes, nothing. It’s after 3:30 now, and we know what we wanted for beer, so me and my friend went in and got 4 beers at the bar, and asked the bartender to put it on our tab. The waitress looked at us and said “I haven’t forgotten about you!”. We enjoyed the beers outside and waited again. It’s now 4 PM and except for the menus, nothing. I went in and talked to the bartender, asking if they could start the outside heaters and get us a waitress. We went back out and then waited until 4:30 PM, and still nothing. No joke, we had been there 90 minutes and no one came to serve us. I went in and asked the bartender if we could get a waitress. We went back out, and again nothing. It’s now 4:55 PM and we decided to just go pay our tab and leave. I told the bartender we wanted to go somewhere and get a meal, which we apparently couldn’t get there. I also told him there was a one-star review coming his way. He was apparently surprised, and I have no idea why he was surprised. So, the total time was two hours, one visit from a waitress 15 minutes after we arrived, then nothing – despite going-in two more times to inquire. As we walked away, the heaters went on, but except for us, the patio was empty. Now I know why no one is there on a Friday afternoon in Pensacola. They are unworthy of calling themselves a Craft Bar chain. They are a disaster. Skip this one and go to the one in Destin whenever you’re out there. You will be amazed – great service, great beer, great food. Come to think of it, I’m glad we didn’t get any food. The kitchen probably runs like the front, and I’m afraid what we would have been served. We went to a tried-and-true restaurant 4 miles away in Pensacola and ate a wonderful meal while watching the sunset over Pensacola Bay. I tried to be not so embarrassed that we took our friends to the Craft Bar in Pensacola. It was a big mistake. You probably want to skip this one….
