and The Girls who took my order was really nice .
They use Italian dough and let me tell you, you can taste and feel the difference compared to other pizza parlors. I really enjoy the turkey bacon and you can’t go wrong with just plain cheese. Size recommendations, I do 2 jumbos to feed 5-6 people; we tend to have some leftovers for the next day.
Prices are very reasonable for the stellar food you receive!
Bought two pizzas one with sausage and one with onions,, unbelievable sauce, New York style crust, so yummy! The staff was informative and helpful!
Ty Ameci! See you soon
Pizzas a 5/5. Ive never tried the pastas, but I hear they are bomb
Edit: The owners response is just a straight up lie and it’s kind of ridiculous to make me think my timeline was wrong. I was off by a little but we called Ameci last night at 8:33 which is 12 minutes before they say that hey closed with no answer. No “i’m sorry we’re closing early” which would have been totally understandable. Instead we drive over immediately after they did not answer the phone and arrive at MOST 5 minutes later since we live right around the corner. Owner says they only closed at 8:45 and changed their hours online which is just a straight up lie. Doors were closed, no sign, lights off, and no employees before 8:45. I know what closing looks like so if they “closed at 8:45” employees would’ve still been there for at least a few minutes after. Closing early due to technical difficulties is completely fine, and if the owner just apologized instead of insinuating that I’m wrong/lying (granted my timeline was off but only by a little and the owners timeline is just wrong) is unacceptable and unprofessional. I may have even edited my review had the owner/employees been even a little bit remorseful because I understand things happen. Anyways, we got pizza at Mongiello’s Pizza and Wigs in Santa Ana instead last night. From Ameci we would always order a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza and at Mongiello’s we ordered the Los Angeles Style Pizza which is their spicy pepperoni, candied bacon, and jalapeños and it was superior to Ameci’s anyways. Before the owners response I definitely would’ve come back but as someone who has worked in customer service my entire life I will definitely not tolerate being treated like this for some pizza.
