We have been enjoying breakfast at Jurupa’s Cafe for a long time and today we stopped in for lunch for the first time. I had the turkey, bacon, avocado & provolone cheese lightly toasted sandwich with fries and it was delicious! I typically skip the french fries, but these were too good to leave on the plate!
My husband enjoyed the Jurupa Burger lunch and also said it was a very good burger!

New York steak and eggs were so delicious! The potatoes and eggs had so much flavor the steak needed more flavor, however eating it with the potatoes made the steak have flavor. The biscuits and gravy made me want to lick the whole plate. That plate made me surprisingly full, it was so much food! I almost regretted buying pancakes and the side but the pancakes were delicious, big, and soft but I forgot to ask for less butter. Overall HIGHLY WORTH IT!

I’ve eaten at Jurupa’s Cafe 6 or 7 times and it’s been good every time. Food tastes great and the portions are big. I love their homemade salsa. The best part of eating there is the service. Everyone is helpful and happy. It’s really nice to go to a place that makes you feel welcome and appreciates your business. 5-Stars

I love love this place. We come here at least twice every month. The people here are amazing, great customer service. It is a family owned restaurant and they know us and remember us every time we come in. The food is so good. We usually get the chorizo con huevo, chilaquiles verdes and pancakes. Wow those pancakes are huge! And so yummy very buttery and BIG! We never finish our food as the portions are big. We take them to go and reheat the next day win win.

Update 4/26/25: we went back to try again. Our experience was mediocore. I had the chorizo plate. I didn’t much care for the chorizo, the flavor was a bit different. Although the beans were good, they needed more flavoring. And the potatoes were cooked nicely, but hardly had any spices. Our waitress was not the best – maybe she’s new. One of the other waitresses was helping us at one point. Overall, I’m going to stick with my average rating. I’m not sure how it’s receiving 5 star reviews. It’s not a “knock your socks off” kind of place. It’s good for a quick meal with decent food.
Jurupa’ Cafe is a nice spot for a quick home cooked breakfast. It’s hard not to compare it to Rodeo Cafe since it was one of our favorite spots. It seems like they are still getting situated. The restaurant is basically a blank slate as far as decor. The food looked and tasted fresh. They could use some work on their salsa situation. It was unusual to receive it in a bottle and was lacking in flavor. I will be going back to try the chorizo breakfast (one of my Rodeo favs). Overall, a decent average experience.

When writing this review, I thought about the Rodeo Cafe. It’s not fair to compare this place with Rodeo Cafe.
The owners of Rodeo are part of the community and truly cared. The children all grew up here in the area. They had a vested interest in our community.
This restaurant is still going through some growing pains. They have a lot of growing to do..
With that being said though, you would think that the food and service would be at least acceptable. Nothing spectacular, just acceptable.
That was not my experience.
The food was mediocre at best and if you want to be treated like you’re beneath those working there, well then, it’s your kind of place.
Unfortunately, I will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I was there on Friday Feb, 13th 2026 for breakfast at around 1130 am. I parked in the handicap parking as I have a plate card for it. I have a newer model honda accord. As I was parking I heard something under my front bumper. We checked and the concrete thing that goes on the parking spot was broken and a metal rod is exposed. We’ll that metal went under my car and got stuck. It ripped off the plastic under the car and detached my front bumper almost all out. We had to pull the plastic under the car out so we could drive later. If the restaurant has camaras they can see the whole thing. Still upset and all we stayed and had lunch. Before we left it came up the conversation with one if the waitresses of this incident and that I was upset and it ruined my Friday. I asked her to bring it up to the owner and this had made damage to my vehicle in their parking and this needs to be fixed so others dont go thru the same thing. We’ll the damage was worse than we tought. I wasn’t able to drive my car for a week because of the damage and the hard rain. Today I went to a shop and for a quick fix I was charged 150 dollars. It could have potentially been worse. And it may be later. This was just a fast fix. I want to make the owners aware of this. And the issues it caused me. I was really stressed out all week. This is my only vehicle that I can ride on. I hope I hear from someone there to make this ussue better.

Such a great place to come for breakfast. My first time here and it was made to order, fresh food and excellent service and speed getting your food. Did not have to wait very long for your food.I ordered the Jarrupa mexicali skillet. The pancakes are on another level so sweet and fluffy. I highly recommend. I will be back for sure when driving through this area.
