So I got the Shaqaroni which is advertised to have a tons of pepperoni, and also advertised clear to the edges. You can see in the pic, this is most definitely not true. Doesn’t look much different that a normal one, and very few approach the edges. I’ve been coming here (not frequently) for many years. They do a good job at maintaining consistency on what they do, but it feels a bit lacking from other places. The topping are always minimal and far from the edges leaving a lot of plain dough crust to eat. While some may like that, I feel like if I wanted bread sticks, then I would have ordered them, and I don’t need a 2” think ring of plain dough around the pizza. But I know this going in to it, and an extra garlic butter can be a dipping sauce for the excessive amount of crust you get. So, you just need to know this going into it, and be ok with it.

Ordered pizza online
Delivered after 46 minutes or so. Delivery guy did not had a pizza bag with him and pizza was cold. Delivery guy was holding pizza like a book.
I called the store to check the delivery status because it was keep adding time on delicery the lady was so rude and hang up on me. Worst customer service ever.
I called again to ask for the pizza bag and told her pizza was cold she said we don’t give pizza in a insulated pizza bag and was soon rude on the phone and hang up again.
Pizza was all stick with the box. Stuck with the box I mean see the pictures. It won’t come out.
Papa Jhon should be ashamed of themselves and close their restaurant. It’s better to close restaurant rather then having rude employees and managers. Manager who does not even know how to speak with a customer and have no answer to a real question.
Shame on you lady karma will get you back.

Haven’t had Papa Johns in probably 20 years. Staying at a hotel and was having trouble doing an online order so wife ended up calling. Got fantastic help on phone. When we went to location to pick up order we were greeted immediately and a different lady was very helpful offering plates and stuff. All in all this was an amazing experience above and beyond what we expected and what we have been getting so far elsewhere in Sioux City

I’ve ordered from Papa John’s so many times through out the last couple years. Never had an issue until now. I put in an order @3:30 and have waited an hour for my food. Got the notification it was out for delivery and everything just for them to call me and tell me they won’t break my $100 bill. I added it in the notes of the order and still had to wait over an hour for food only to get no food delivered to me. Come to find out unless it’s an order of $75 or more they no longer take $100 bills. That should be listed someone. Absolutely horrible service.

Ordered 4 X-tra large pizzas. They called and said they have no X-tra large crusts and they need to change them to large. OK, fine. They wouldn’t give me a discount or offer anything else to compensate. Girl on the phone could not have cared less. No “sorry about that”. Told her to cancel my whole order and ordered my pizzas from Domino’s instead. Been ordering from PJ for 15 years. It’s always something with them lately. Sick of it, you lost a loyal customer who bought hundreds of pizzas from you.

I have ordered and eaten at several Papa John’s across the country and the original crust is always raised and yummy when I received my pizzas. The pizzas that I have ordered at this location have been okay at best. The original crust is kinda tough and not what one would expect from Papa John’s. Unfortunately, it is just a basic pizza.

I ordered a pizza and pull apart cinnamon twist. I understand there is only one driver but our order took an hour to arrive and our pizza was barely warm and it had no mushrooms because they were out. I went to open my pull apart cinnamon bread twist and it was a brownie with chocolate chips. I called them and they said they tried to call me to tell me they were sending that and they never called. I checked for an hour waiting for my order and no one called, I’m very upset.

I must say, this papa johns really went down hill. I asked for my chicken pizza to be cut in squares, it’s not only not in squares but it’s barely cooked all the way through. I asked for garlic sauce with my cheese sticks and I get pizza sauce. I paid 60 some dollars for the pizza and gave a 15 dollar tip…. damn people really do not value their customers anymore….

I didn’t get the crust that I ordered. I ordered then press and I got thick crust. I ordered green olives with my pizza. When I asked for parmesan cheese they were going to charge me $0.29 package. Then I remember that it wasn’t parmesan cheese at least just seasoning. Then I remembered it wasn’t parmesan cheese that they had it was just it was just there seasoning packets that they have. And I’m not too fond of it it’s just too salty. And I’d rather not waste my money. I was home homebound for a while I’m looking forward to having something to eat. I ordered my pizza a desert to go along with it. So when the delivery guy came he only rang the doorbell once before we started walking away. Barely gave me enough time to walk to the door before I started getting in his car. This was the second time that I have ordered from Papa John’s. And I was looking forward to it. The first time they got my order almost right. My sister in Colorado told me that I should give them another try. So I did I spent $40.00 on my dinner because I thought that I would have leftovers for a few days. The sad thing is I had leftovers that I didn’t want to eat because it was something that I hadn’t ordered. But I was hungry the first night. I’m really sad that I can’t give a better review. The only thing that I really enjoyed was my Brownie dessert. I did give Papa John’s Pizza 3 ⭐⭐⭐ star’s
