Service is was nothing unfamiliar to those living in South Florida, Jamaican lady behind the counter with an attitude. I am too experienced with this to have let it deterred my hunger. All in all the prices were fair and food was decent.

Love the bazooka!!! Get that everytime!!! Also the veggie chunks so good no matter which one you get. Oh my and don’t forget the soups. Came here with my dad and he got me hooked!!!!

I also had a bad experience. First of all they say they sell vegetarian food and a vegetarian food is so salty. Also, I was standing waiting to be served or even acknowledge and the people in there were talking like I was not even standing there. Any better customer service and they do not sell vegetarian food.

I just had a bad experience with there customer service . I ordered a gunea pea soup ask if there was dumplings in it , they said yes when I get the soup it have one in it. So I said something about it and the new waiters that came in instead of hearing me just said she can’t help me . Not even knowing I spoke with the waiters on the shift before to and said she would accommodate me . Food is ok but service is bad .

Food was amazing but the service… not so much. She kept disappearing in the back and people were trying to get service. She took long periods of time to respond, despite a regular who knew her name calling her for several patrons. She also asked me for my order 3 times before she got it and asked if we wanted our drinks with our food, which caused me to give her a blank stare. BUT, having said all that, the food is AMAZING!

Went there hoping to get a vegetarian meal, after all the they claim to operate as a vegetarian restaurant. I was expecting to smell an aroma a cooking food, but all I could smell was mold. I ask the woman sitting behind the counter if they were serving food.. her response was a very nasty and blunt no!…This women had some what of an attitude not to mention the most unprofessional demeanor. She could have at least said we don’t serve food at this time, or we don’t serve food any more, but in a polite way. I decided to give them another shot. Picked up food there today. My coworkers and I shared the meal. It was not good at all. Both of my coworkers agreed that the food is completely tasteless. Thought it was just me.

The food and drinks is good but I tried to hold my comment because I didn’t want to bash a black owned restaurant but I travel 40 minutes from West Palm Beach to come here 3 times a week just to receive the worst customer service every time and you would think during these times business owners would be more appreciative seeing the same faces supporting them. Every time I walk in there nobody even speaks the owner don’t even make eye contact with you. He only speaks to the same guys that comes there and buys drinks, I’m sure they’re the reason this place is even still in business.

I have been supporting this restaurant for many years, I have always been greeted with a smile and good energy. I love the steaklett meal the best, but they are all good. My daughter loves the dairy free ice cream and my son loves the various healthy shakes and smoothies. When ever I have veggie guests from out of town I take them there. The only negative thing I could say is I wish it was 24 hours LOL. I recommend them. They are not cheap but I feel I am worth every penny… Blessed Love!
