Went with family after long day at the beach at this restaurant and was treated so disrespectful by front staff lady. My husband asked if they make fried plantains with at least chicken wings and the lady was so nasty and advise us to go to Dunkin Donuts for that because they only make chinese food. Never have l had a bad experience at a Chinese spot and will definitely never go back. Treated so nasty.

NEVER AGAIN! We ordered 3 chicken and broccoli meals. Upon opening one I was hit with a strong smell of seafood. All 3 meals smelt and tasted like shrimp. My husband called and they said they would make new meals. When he went back the woman at the counter said it was chicken and they will all be the said and refunded our money. She also said chicken is cooked separately from seafood. This was NOT the case. My husband has 40 years experience as a chef and there is NO way this was true. She was very rude. We have been going here for years, NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered food online, verified my phone number via a txt code, and received a text message confirmation that order #4 will be ready in 20min. Walked 20 minutes over to pick up my order. Guess what? Online system is down and nothing was prepared. And they were aware system is down! Did not have time to wait for them to cook so walked home empty handed. Any self respecting place would stop the website if they knew it doesn’t work!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible food! I thought I was going to get food poisoning! Everything looked like it sat out for four days and microwaved! Do yourself a favor and get Panda Express you would have better quality! NASTY FOOD! Refused to replace order or give a refund too! Terrible service.

I placed an order for delivery by selecting the “online order” button directly from their website. I was able to successfully place my order and got a text confirming my order and that the expected delivery time was 20 minutes. After close to an hour I called the restaurant to ask how much longer the delivery would be and was told that they don’t accept online orders, don’t deliver, and had not received my order. The woman on the phone did not apologize or even ask if she could start a pick up order for me. They had no interest in making the situation right or even taking an order from me at all. I will not be giving them a second chance.

I was working friday night and I stopped here before reaching my destination. I been meaning to stop here , nice place. I ordered a pint of chicken fried rice & shrimp dumplings ( never had them before ). Can’t go wrong with chicken fried, the shrimp dumplings were excellent. Someone ordered steak & onions after I ordered, it looked & smelled awesome ( next time ).

The food here is delicious. I walked in place my order, and paid. 10 minutes later food was ready. Very good and friendly Chinese food restaurant. This will be a keeper on my gps, when I come always to visit this area. Try it out. You will enjoy the food here.

The food is mediocre but the service in person or over the phone is horrible.
I hardly ever leave poor reviews, especially for businesses in my hometown, however, this place earned it.
They don’t understand English very well, which is fine, but a female worker there has flown off the handle twice to me. The last time was over the phone while I was asking a question as to which card I could use to pay.
“I told you already. No delivery till 5 pm. You don’t like it; go somewhere else.”
That response didn’t make sense or apply to what I was talking about but hey, this is the second time this place had the audacity to raise their voices to me. Unacceptable.
Not going there again. There are 4 other places locally.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Although the food is good, the woman is very NASTY!!! We’ve been going here for years and last month when we ordered, We had hair in our Genersl Tso’s! When we called she said to remind her next time we ordered and she’d replace for free. We’re back from vacation and ordered…when we reminded the man that answered the phone he said that he remembered! When we arrived to p/u the order, it was not prepared! The woman was very NASTY claiming she already replaced it and refused us service!

For a local Chinese takeout, it hits the spot. Ordered hot & sour soup, was fine, added some vinegar and white pepper at home to make it the way I like it. There were some meaty strips of chicken in the soup which made it filling and nice alongside fresh mushrooms, not canned. The beef chow fun was nice and al dente. Could’ve used more sauce, but nothing you can’t customize to your liking with hot sauce or additional soy sauce. The General Tso’s chicken was good and the egg roll that it came with was crispy, not soggy.
The restaurant and kitchen looked clean and bright. The person who took my order over the phone plenty nice, and gave me an accurate estimate of when it’ll be ready for pickup. They did take some credit cards, Visa definitely, maybe MasterCard as well? Food was fresh and hot and met my expectations. Will go back again.
