Going to the Fit Hub has become a regular thing recently. I’ll start with the obvious. The decor and vibe of the whole place is amazing!!! Then, we’ll move onto the choices. There are soooo many choices. I felt extremely overwhelmed the first, and even second, time I went in. The girls in there spent a long time talking through each an every option along with the additional nutrition items you can add to it. Becky herself stood with me, while the place was slammed, to make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. I guess that leads to the people there. As I explained already, they were all more than willing to help every time I’ve come in there. We’ve stayed way too long just visiting with them because they’re so friendly. They know who I am and greet me every time I come in. I feel very comfortable in there and I don’t feel like they’re annoyed by my bajillion questions ever. I love going in there. It’s an instant mood booster. I highly recommend them!

Visited the recently opened location. Loved the craftsmasnship and style that went into the building. Drinks are very flavorful and sweet for being healthy, it tastes like you are drinking something loaded with sugar, when in fact, it benefits you. I was in town for business and was recommended to check out The FA by Purpose Nutrition in Mendota, IL. I’m so glad I did! When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and had a great conversation with the owner. She was incredibly insightful about the local area, which added a personal touch to the visit.
The selection of healthy options was impressive, and everything I tried was top-notch. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was clear that the owner cares deeply about providing quality and fostering a positive space. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for healthy options in Rochelle—definitely a pleasant experience all around!

They don’t have smoothies. They have “tea” and shakes. The flavored tea seems like flavored water to me. It’s pretty and sweet tasting. Not sure if it’s actually “healthy”. But looking online I was expecting a healthy smoothy option.
