The food is always good here. That is one thing that I can’t complain about. That being said, I ordered potato salad for the first time. Boy was I disappointed! For nearly $3 I barely got 3-4 spoonfuls. This is exactly how I took it out of the bag, and it was sealed. I picked this up myself, so it wasn’t like a dasher or someone ate it.
Then what made it bad from the start is I had a free sandwich. I kept trying to order on the app, but it kept telling me to add a payment card. But then said your balance is zero, so you don’t need to add a payment card. This kept up for 4 times until I broke down and ordered the potato salad. Winch as evidenced by the pictures, wasn’t worth the money.

This is the best Jimmy John’s in the area to visit! Everyone is always friendly and the sandwiches are well made. The store is kept clean and the exterior pick-up window is a great idea!

Food is decent, a bit overpriced though especially the sides. Delivery is not fast anymore, I live 3 blocks away and work from home so I have it delivered here from time to time and lately it’s been upwards of 20-25 mins to get my food when it used to be under 10.
Now I’ll just walk there on my lunch for a quick break and save the fee + tip.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the jimmy johns website and waited about 20 minutes which wasn’t a big deal but when we pulled up to the window she seemed to be upset because we didn’t “pull up to the speaker and let her know we were coming.” I got the food then got home to find out my club lulu sandwich didn’t have hardly any meat when I ordered double bacon. I went into this location, which has been awarded as a training store, on 7/16/24 around 7pm. A young lady, who appeared to be the manager on duty was prepping lettuce and bread. To my disgust she set the tray of bread forms and sat it on top of the trash can while she stretched and prepped the dough for the oven. Now I do not claim to know all the food service regulations, but I’m pretty sure prepping food over a trash can isn’t one of them. I wonder who trained her?

This location had me very disappointed state street Murray. The bread was hard on both sandwiches and my wife turkey literally had one sliced that was shredded and didn’t even cover the bread. I took a photo and sadly can’t upload.. I will never stop at that location again!! It ruined my wife’s lunch time as I had picked up to have that extra time with her. And of course I took the food back as neither of us could enjoy our sandwiches. They did refund which is only the right thing to do but at that point my wife didn’t get to have a meal for her lunch time. Sadly.
