I truly LOVE this empanada place in Fairbanks! Amazing and so darn delicious – top it with a great team. The owners and team are very welcoming, polite, and you can feel the positive energy when you walk in. I got a variety and highly recommend it. The shrimp and queso was my favorite, but yet to to have all their different ones. It is currently my favorite spot when I’m in Fairbanks and the only request to friends and families to bring back for me.

Amazing! The food was enjoyable and unique, with good portions. The cheeseburger and regular are very good . The lady and guy behind the counter were very nice and I felt welcomed there. The atmosphere is nice, and the decorations (during my visit) made the place look cool! This place is a must go for people who are visiting, and for locals it’s a good place to go for lunch hour. For a place that is smaller than your average restaurant, the quality makes it worth a whole lot more. (Seating option is small but great window view, example is the picture)

We had the barria and diablo, both were amazing! Bread was perfectly cooked and they were stuffed. The sauce was really good! The desert pear lemonade was awesome as well. Eating area and bathroom was very clean, and customer service was great. We’ll definitely be back!

I have 2 little picky eaters, but they loved all but the spicy empanadas. It doesn’t matter what you get, it’ll be good, my favorite is the Diablo’s. The staff is great, they treat you like family.

When you walk into the shop it’s so warm and smells absolutely delicious. I usually sit in the parking lot and eat one before continuing on. Their empanadas make me dance and their special sauce pairs so well with their savory flavors.

I’ve been loving the veggie empanadas lately! So good with the sauce too! Delicious and satisfying. I haven’t had the meat ones but my husband says they are great. Cute little outdoor eating area too.

The owners are very big-hearted kind folks who pour a lot into their empanadas. They stock their “classics” and then throw in weekly specials that range in flavor. I believe the dough is one flavor, slightly on the sweeter side which works with a majorty of their flavor combinations. Only once did i have a flavor combo where i wish the dough was on the neutral or savory side. They generally have savory flavors (OG, cheeseburger, Diablo, etc) they every so often will have a sweet one. They have a signature sauce that is light and creamy that pairs well with all the savory flavors. Even though they have limited “bar” seating, i would consider this takeout only. The empanadas are a little on the pricey end, but I don’t mind that. If you want a break from your regular meal or snack, try this local Bolivian empanadas shop. #supportinglocal
