This Burger King has only been open for about a year I’d say and out of the 20 times I’ve got food there It’s been delicious maybe one time. Tonight was the final straw that made me leave the review, the amount of sauce that they squirt onto each Item is pornographic . It’s always a crazy amount of mayo on my burger, but tonight it was the honey mustard on the chicken wrap literally plopping into my mouth on the first bite that did me in … I’m so serious. I’m choosing not even to eat the wrap because after adding my persy ( personal ) lettuce to it , it did not soak up amount of sauce that is drowning it. Long time BK fan for over 20 years but this location SUCKS 24/7. At this point I’d rather starve than spend my money there again

Well, it had been forever since eating a flame broiled Whopper. I just had what is considered to be a perfect lunch at the new Burger King on Lamb Blvd & Centennial. I had a Whopper, two cheeseburgers, onion rings & a frozen Coke. Everything was nothing short of awesome, so delicious & tasted exactly the way it was supposed to. I try not to eat fast food too often, but when I do it needs to be great. Today’s lunch was really great & you should give their food a try real soon.
Fast food doesn’t always measure up to the food that makes you hungry in those commercials. This Burger King measures up & then some. Well done to all employees, but especially to the Manager there!

Ordered a single plain burger. The restaurant was not busy. I received one with everything on it. Called the restaurant, the first time it rang until I got a busy signal. The second time they answered and refused to refund my order. Won’t ever go here again.

I’ve been to this Burger King five times, and every single time my order was wrong. Unfortunately, these visits were during lunch, so I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix it. The staff never offered to make it right until my last visit.
That time, I ordered a regular Whopper with cheese and instead received a Whopper with only mayo and lettuce. When I asked for the manager because I was fed up with the constant mistakes, she gave me attitude instead of listening. She told me, “Next time you’re here, we’ll make it right.” But why should I have to come back again after so many bad experiences?
This location has single-handedly ruined Burger King for me. It’s disappointing because I used to love Burger King, and my kids did too. Now, I don’t plan on going back—not to this location or any other—because it feels like the same thing will happen everywhere.
The worst part is that they don’t take responsibility. Customers are paying for a service and a product, and they should get what they ordered. Instead, it feels like they just don’t care. I hope corporate reads this review and takes action.

This is my FAVORITE Burger King location! I am a regular and I’m always greeted with a smile:) There are plenty of staff members. It’s always clean and welcoming! My orders are always accurate. I really LOVE that I can also use my rewards to get great deals!

I had a bit of a blonde moment and ordered online before remembering I don’t have my car tonight. I called the BK and the gentleman who answered asked me if I lived nearby and I said yes he asked me for my address, found my order and said he’d bring it to me. 15 minutes late there was a knock on my door. TJ you are the best! Unbelievable customer service. I’m still in shock that he went out of his way for me, literally.

I’ve been there 4 times. Each time was worse than the previous. No one is at the service counter to greet customers. During my last two visits, most folks needed to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to show up to the counter. Calling for the staff did not help. The self-service kiosks were not serviced consistently. Either the card readers didn’t work or the kiosk was out of paper. All of this meant that service took a lot longer than it should have with very few customers in the store. My last visit is my last visit to this location.

Burger King has the best flame-grilled burgers! The Whopper is my top recommendation—juicy, flavorful, and always fresh. If you love bacon and cheese, the Bacon King is also a must-try. Definitely one of the best fast-food burger spots!
