The sweetest cashier works at the Pikeville Chick-fil-A ! She is so funny, kind, and super helpful! She goes out of her way to make your day better. When I find out her name I will post it because she deserves the praise!

Ordering was a struggle because the cashier couldn’t hear me through the plexiglass. I was told the wrapa are all premade so I couldn’t get them without a particular item. The food tasted good I had already started eating when I realized my husbands sandwich had a huge hair hanging out of it. I mean I’ve always heard amazing things about Chick-fil-A and the experience here did not live up to the hype. The waffle fries were amazing and the view for the seating area was super nice. We were not Karen’s about the situation this is just my honest review.

Super nice staff. They were amazing and accommodating to us today during our College tour. I reccomend the grilled nuggets. They are amazing with chick fil a sauce.

Food was up to Chick-fil-A standards, delicious as always. I would eat here alot more often if it wasn’t in the location that it is. There are spots marked for Chick-fil-A customers but they were all occupied even though no one else was in the restaurant. This time specifically there were UPike vans and college students (without food) getting in the cars in those spots.

Went here after a doctor’s appt and Brittany was such a sweetheart. Something happened with the mobile orders (something probably out of her control) and multiple people were getting upset with her and she was the only one up front while the rest of the employees (I think 2 or 3) were behind the line making the food. Brittany was so sweet and trying hard to make sure everyone got their order but it was awful seeing how the customers as well as her co-workers treated her. Very proud of how she handled herself. She needed help and while another employee did help, they were very cold towards her. I hope she has a good day because she really deserves a good day.

The sweetest people you’ll ever meet! The women there were so good with my son. Will most definitely go back when I am around Pikeviile again. The food was delicious as well!

Had a bad day at school and had a worse experience here. My nuggets were the size of my pinky and they forgot all my sauces plus I had to ask for a new fry because they put way too much on it. Very disappointed

Only 1 register open. Waited in line 30 minutes to order. The person ahead of me placed orders for 8 people that he was bringing food to.
The cashier wiped the side of my cup on the front her shirt to dry it off.
