I rarely give five stars across the board.Because I think it’s an overkill, but this place earned it.I’ve been coming here since I moved to this.Area about three months ago.And every time I come in here, the place looks like they’re getting ready for a commercial today.I walked in.They’re in the middle of serving customers making subs, and you can’t even tell that they’re making subs, because there’s not even a single crumb on the board.There’s no food in between the dishes.Everything is fresh.Everything is laid out one day.I came in here all the produce, and meat was laid out in a pattern.Another day I came in and they had the entire drink covered in suds.They were scrubbing it from top to bottom.Every single time we come in here it is spotless.The staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh.I highly recommend.

We have been coming to this Subway more than a year ago once we noticed new owners took over. Immediately we noticed it was clean, no dirty tables or floors, and all the food was fresh. Our sandwiches are always delicious because all the ingredients is fresh. It seems to stay busy which tells me all food stays fresh. When we walk in the owners and their workers always great us. As our sandwiches are being made, the person stays engaged and will ask if enough lettuce, tomatoes or other additions is enough or would you like more. I like that they talk with you the entire process of making your sandwich so you get it the way you want it. We typically eat there at one of the always clean tables. We love the atmosphere and the new owners. We hope they will stay to continue to be a nice place to eat in Mount Jackson.

I would start by saying that the reviews prior to June of 2024 are not reflective of the new ownership. Hassan and Saadia the new owners have completely turned the restaurant around 180 degrees. Immediately after purchasing it they did a pretty intense clean and light remodel.
Compared to the prior owners, it is like night and day.
We eat there typically 2-3 times per month, the food is always very good, the restaurant is always very clean, the ingredients are very fresh and the staff is always courteous and professional.
One night we were finished eating and Hassan was on a ladder trying to hang some new Subway signs himself, I have a background in Handyman work so stepped in to help him. That led to me helping him fix a couple other things and then assisting him with the major Subway mandated remodel last winter. Saadia even surprised my wife with flowers for her birthday last December.
I can without reservation whole-heartedly recommend the Mt. Jackson Subway to anyone who likes sub sandwiches.

NEW OWNERSHIP! Everything is super clean and the place has been remodeled! The ladies working there are so nice and friendly. The bread was fresh, the fixings were fresh and everything looked great! We will be back!

The two girls working behind the counter were very polite. The food was fresh and the sandwiches were made perfectly! I ordered online, and a lot of times the sandwiches are missing something or have something that wasn’t ordered. These sandwiches were beautifully made to perfection! Impressive!
