Can never get anything right whenever it comes to online orders my drinks were missing and my subs were all mest up, I called they were no help at all. And said I can get a free drink the next time I go. THAT DOES NOT HELP.

When I walked in the first thing I noticed was that every single table in this establishment was dirty. On top of that there was a short Spanish lady that was giving customers dirty looks like she just didn’t enjoy her job, not very subway if you ask me..

The associate that served me was very kind and the store was pretty calm, quiet and quaint. I have to give this store 2 stars though. They have extremely unsanitary conditions within this store. The drink fountain produces large amounts of mold into your drinks, especially from the ice. CHECK THE ICE before you put your drink inside and you’ll see all of the black mold specs I’m talking about. The drink nozzles were overly sticky as well and also had mold on them. I came here 3 months ago and it was in the same condition. The produce inside of the food wells are also old and obviously have been sitting there for a long time. I do have my serv safe certification so I know what’s required within safety standards. Was very unfortunate to spend $27 and tip just to end up unhappy with the product. I hope this gets better.

Chris and his sister make the best salads but the older lady that works there is a pain and cheap with the product. If I ever go and one of those two aren’t working then I will not go there….

$12 these days for a footlong sub? The young lady could not speak up or even smile during the whole process and then at the end they ask for a tip! Twice!!
First at the credit card kiosk and then they have a clear plastic box with the Subway logo in it with loose change in there.
Always spoke under her voice. No smile and no thank you. And they weren’t even busy at the time!

This location was clean. Staff was okay. Sub sandwich not the best. This location used to make great subs but quality has declined over the past year. I’m not sure if it’s Subway overall or this specific location.

There were sugar ants all over the soda dispenser, and then again at the register area. The register area is right next to the food, so I would think they were eating fresh as well. Yuk!

Apparently I’m in the wrong for not getting my bread toasted, and thats why the sub is completely soaked and the bag is dripping with red wine vinegar. Usually they do good and take care of their customers but not these two older ladies. Laughed at us and ignored our 4 phone calls to the store even though there was no customers when I picked up my order originally and when I went back to get things fixed. Apparently “sometimes the phone works sometimes it doesn’t”. No care for customer service nonetheless creating an edible meal. Brought back the entire sub and told then to try to hold it, it fell apart as soon as they tried, seriously how could someone expect to eat this.

Not sure how this place gets any business! The girl working there was rude rude rude! And very mean!! She yelled at one of the kids for putting his finger on the menu in order to read the menu that was on their glass! Rolled her eyes at us multiple times. Not people customer friendly by any means!!! Super unwelcoming environment!! They need to learn some customer service skills!!
