I did a mobile order for the first time. Which is also going to be the last time I ever order in advance. The order was not ready by the time I got there. It wasn’t even started. On top of waiting more there at the restaurant, when I checked my order there I saw that my sandwich was made incorrectly. The employee was nice but never again am I doing a mobile order.

I went in today and staff was very friendly, manager came out and was VERY RUDE! The person helping me was trying to make my sandwich and hurrying him up ( like if he was slow) she treats staff DISRESPECTFUL in front of client’s, she also manages other stores and is VERY RUDE to her staff!! I noticed she has no patience to train staff and is always rolling her eyes. This is the second time I have witnessed her being rude to staff at two different locations. If you are reading this be kind to staff and be patient on training new staff!! Also better you customer service skills! If you manage 4 stores you should definitely have the experience! If you are tired of your job get a different job!!

The service and cleanliness is fine. This place sucks for one reason. They only have ONE employee working at a time. Every time I have came here there’s always one young woman taking care of a line of customers. I don’t understand the reasoning for this besides being cheap. The line takes long because people order multiple sandwiches. Others including myself have left because of the wait. Its not the employees fault. They try their hardest to work fast.

An employee here was very rude to me and my family. They didn’t have a sign saying that only five people can be in the store. Then when my family of five was in the store she let other people come in, ( When she had yelled at us that we couldn’t come in before.) She yelled at my 75 year old grandmother and my family the whole time. And the single worker overall had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I have anxiety and I almost flipped out in the store due to this lady’s attitude. I am very very disappointed in Subway for even hiring this woman.

Bianca & Liz are the best workers at Subway! They’re so nice and clean, socializes with everybody! Makes really fantastic subs! I go for dinner every night. Keeps this store really clean! I enjoy their presence and their vibe. Keep it up Subway! Always hiring the best! 🙂

Fast when walking in, sometimes you have to wait for pickup because it isn’t ready when you get there at the time given; maybe because they want to make sure you’ll pick it up? It doesn’t happen every time though I’m not sure. Other than that they give speedy service and very polite.

Very pour customer service! Went in today for a subway plater girl working stated I can’t order one it would have to be a ordered a day before. BS because I’ve ordered a plater before and it was ready in 20mins. I told her no I didn’t have to order a day before she said she had to call and ask her manager! Mind u it was not even busy at the time! She came back from the back said I can order but it won’t be ready until 1hr! I was already on the phone with the subway on Howard Rd placed my order with them was ready in 15mins! This other girl was just lazy didn’t want to do her job! She didn’t even apologize she heard me on the line with the other subway as well!

The only downside is that usually work only one employee so if happens to be there on a busy moment it will take very long. Other than that I like this subway because seems to not be stingy like other location (expecially the one on howard) were they weight every little thing to put on your sandwitch

The good is great, but only come here if you have a lot of time to spare. They are extremely slow, as they generally only have one person working. It still takes forever even if you order ahead online.
