My food was good. My wife’s Chicken chalupas were not. She said the shells were “stale”.

Two gripes. I ordered online while visiting out of town. The system did not place my order at my hometown Taco Bell, and it did not place it at the Taco Bell where I was parked.
Instead, it picked a random Taco Bell in the same city but all the way across town and placed the order there. I had already paid online, so I had to drive all the way across town to pick up my food.
Sucked. Moral of this story, CAREFULLY confirm the address given is correct before ordering.
Also, Taco Bell offers cheaper options online as specials unavailable on the regular menu.
You will save 2-3 bucks on a meal this way. WARNING: Place your online order well before you arrive at the restaurant. If you are physically too close, the website drops the best bargains from the menu. Seriously. Park right next to a Taco Bell. Look up the bundled offerings and prices online. Now, drive a block away and attempt to order. You will see a few new, cheaper options. No kidding.
I guess they figure that if you are already at the restaurant, they don’t need to entice you to come with cheaper specials. Creepy that they are tracking our locations like that, though.
The food was typical Taco Bell. Everyone was nice and quick, and the food was hot.

Might want to introduce the 1st grade curriculum to the training program. Apparently no one there can read, count, or knows what manners are. 2 burritos means 2 not 1. No lettuce means no lettuce, not stuff it with lettuce to the point of breaking the shell. If youre gonna suck at your job at least have a better attitude. Won’t be returning to this one until the staff inevitably rotates out.

5 star on the Taco Bell scale. Late night long drive thru pick up The young man noticed our pup and hooked my dog with a small dish of edibles. Our food looked like the pictures (a surprise nowadays) and staff was so friendly.

They would not serve me unless I order using the Uber eats app. I explained that I wasn’t or have ever worked with Uber eats. Uber or tako bell as a matter of fact. The manager (a young punk) just said some nasty things that I quite couldn’t understand. At the end, just to get my food, because I was hungry, I installed the application and added my order. I uninstalled it right away after I got my incomplete order. But I know that that data is going to be sold for as much as the ordered itself or even much more. Tako bell, I just want to say, after 30 years, I will never ever ever ever again use you.

Guess they ran out the shredded beef so they’re using ground beef in new dipping taco box…..which ok it was still good but at least let the consumer be aware so they can make the decision if they want it that way or not I ate it but couldn’t help but notice that’s ground beef not the same shredded beef I’ve been getting
