Finally found a go-to bagel sandwich spot in Clermont! Even with the Sunday crowd, the staff was great and really welcoming.

I loved the ‘Hot Mess’ on an onion bagel (super fluffy!). My only tiny wish is that the jalapeño cream cheese had a bit more of a kick, but the overall experience and service were top-notch. Will definitely be back!

Was excited to try a new bagel spot in town and went for lunch with a small group. You can also order from a touchscreen as soon as you enter if the front cash is busy. Staff is welcoming and friendly to answer any menu questions. There’s a moderate amount of seating inside and outside, and the bathrooms were clean. Temperature wise, the AC was blasting too strong, so that in combination with metal chairs made it feel uncomfortably cold (and I’m from Canada lol).

FOOD. We tried a few bagel/sandwiches and found them all alright, the Reuben/sandwiches seemed more worth it. I got a lox on the black Russian bagel, and was excited to see you can select an open bagel when ordering.. to my dismay my bagel was stiff :(. Likely not something ordered frequently/stale, but overall didn’t find it much better than a regular grocery bagel flavour wise (baked in store) and definitely no where near NY city bagel quality. They also went toooo heavy on the cream cheese and it didn’t come with capers (so not much going for the lox).

DRINKS. The coffee on the other hand was decent and counts as a drink for combo orders. I also like that they make iced coffees using coffee-ice cubes.

Overall mid bagels, if I returned I’d try a sandwich and iced coffee. Worth a try to see for yourself, considering there aren’t many quick bagel spots in the area.

I bought six bagels for $9.99 and an everything bagel sandwich that has a chicken, cutlet, bacon, lettuce, avocado. For the six bagels, I chose two garlic, three everything and one cinnamon and raisin bagels. The sandwich was warm and tasted fine. No complaints about it. The bagels are not true Brooklyn fluffy bagels. The taste does not resemble Brooklyn bagels, but they are soft inside. They said they use filtered water to imitate Brooklyn water. I am Brooklyn raised and born and I did not feel this was a genuine Brooklyn bagel that I know and love from Brooklyn, New York. I am happy that they do sell black-and-white cookie for $3.99 and they were able to sell white fish salad to me loose in a container of 8 ounces although it is pricey at over $13. But these are things that I normally don’t see every day here in Florida. So pretty much this is a one and done deal coming out here to pick up their Brooklyn bagels.

We were excited to try this new local bagel spot for breakfast. We ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were a bit bland and the bagels themselves were tough. Overall, it didn’t quite meet our expectations, so we’re not sure we’d return.

Really sad to be writing as I hoped my experience would be better than the ones I saw so I could give a better review. Sadly- the reviews were true.

The bagel was mid, the eggs are fake, and the bacon was soggy.

I’m from NYC and a few years ago I went to BWB and I thought it was good, the eggs were fresh and made scrambled with cheese and bacon- it was delicious. Not sure why the quality has declined so heavily. Overall with places like Bagel Bros who make their eggs and bacon fresh and Jeff’s Bagel Run who has the best tasting bagels I’ve yet to have in FL, this place would be last on my list to frequent when places like those are around locally. I ordered two BEC and it came to less than $15. I’d put the taste on par with Dunkin.

Stasios in downtown Orlando, Jeffs Bagel Run and Bagel Bros still reign supreme. New York does not do fake eggs and soggy bacon. Trust me- we can tell the difference. Hoping this feedback as well as the others can inspire change and make carrying the name of Brooklyn, something to do with pride.

Very nice atmosphere. Everything was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and service was relatively efficient. We tried the plain and the poppyseed bagels each with plain cream cheese. They were just OK. I was pretty disappointed as I thought they would have been better. Not toasted enough, still chewy, and for an extra $2.10 for cream cheese, I expect there to be adequate cream cheese which there was not on the plain bagel. Not likely to return.

Very cool little bagel shop. They were listed on Too Good To Go with a surprise bag valued at $15 for just $5. I got 8 different flavors of bagels and they were still very fresh! We made sandwiches with cream cheese and bacon as soon as we got home with the Cherry, the Cheddar and the pumpernickel. All three were excellent and I’m already planning egg sandwiches for breakfast tomorrow with the everything and everything wheat.
The space was really nice and the staff very friendly. I can’t wait to go back and get one of their breakfast sandwiches, which the sign said they were voted #1 – so that’s cool.

Very tasty bagels and breakfast sandwiches/wraps.

Theres a lot of decent bagel places around but to me Brooklyn Water Bagel has real authentic bagels and not sugary soft wonderbread rolls sold as a “bagel” like other places seem to do.

The whole wheat everything bagel imo is fantastic.

Staff are not just friendly they definitely go the extra mile to make the experience there nice. Every person on staff is exceptional but Melissa noticeably puts a lot of effort in what they do whether its taking my order or making it, they always seem to excel when im there.

I heard about this place from people that have visited the location in Orlando and they said this place has amazing breakfast bagels. So clearly we had to try this new location in Clermont.

Wow, they did not disappoint. These breakfasts bagels were delicious and the price was very very fair, loved that their Signature Brooklyn was only $7.99 for bacon, eggs, ham, sausage and cheese.

When we got there it was pretty crowded but they delivered quality delicious bagels in under 10 min. Nick the owner was there and was super nice walking around making sure everyone was taken care of and he even ask for feedback which I stated the only thing I would have liked was the cheese a bit more melted which he appreciated the feedback. This might be our new Sunday after church breakfast spot. Definitely recommend.

Stopped recently on a Saturday. Bought, 2 onion, one pumpernickle, some of the “bagel bites,” and cream cheese. Service was fine, pleasant and informative. Had to wait for the bites which seemed a bit odd.
We did not care for the bagels. They are not like the ones we get when we’re in Brooklyn (or Manhattan for that matter). They are tough. Hard to explain, but difficult to cut through (with a good knife) and extremely chewy.
The onion was overwhelming, instead of being savory. The bites were a waste of money. Dry, and unpleasant tasting for some of them.
The cream cheese we chose was plain, and there was nothing wrong with that.
The shop was very clean, which is a good thing, and it seemed quite well organized, if somewhat slow on service.
We can’t say we’ll be quick to return.
