Well, I didnt want to leave a bad review but I have attempted to speak with a manager over the course of the last 4 days with no avail. I have called and emailed. Set on hold for 25 mins with no manager to ever come on the line and disconnect the call and multiple messages. I ordered a cake from here for the first time in awhile only to be given not what I ordered. It was decorated as I requested but I was given the wrong flavor cake and icing. Also given this cake without a box to carry out of the bakery .
All I have wanted to do is address this, as my daughter was very disappointed not getting the flavor cake I ordered for her birthday. But not only was the cake a disappointment the customer service is nonexistent.

I pre-ordered a cake for an 80th birthday. Went to pick it up on specified date and time, there was no cake and they could not find the order. They did put a cake together for us, with a 45 minute wait, the colors were not what we asked for but sufficed. The cake itself was delicious.

Bakery located in the heart of Gering. Mostly cookies, donuts, and muffins but they also have loaves of breads, rolls and buns. Muffin I had was moist and light. Very nice.

Our daughters 11th birthday was a success! Thank you to gering bakery for making the cake she absolutely loved ! We ordered a full sheet at first thank goodness we downsized to a half sheet with half chocolate and half vanilla! The kids loved every minute of it! They really did a wonderful job and their communication with us downsizing was amazing! Again thank you all at the bakery sooo much! Them delivering it was a life saver

I got a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and some pastries. The egg was like rubber. The bacon was undercooked. They did not send pastries I requested saying they were out. Claimed when I called to ask what happened, that they tried to contact me. But, my phone was sitting in my lap. So they substituted whatever they wanted without my input. I double checked my messages and emails to give them benefit of the doubt. Which there wasn’t any correspondence. Even though I was polite the person on the phone hung up on me. So, definitely not a 5 star establishment by any ways and means.
