The reviews were accurate. The employee didn’t know how to properly fold the protein wrap and didn’t even ask if I wanted it toasted.
The new protein wrap doesn’t allow any added vegetables—it’s sold as-is, and this location is unreasonably strict compared to other Subways.
The staff member seemed annoyed by basic questions and even sighed. Very unprofessional customer service. If you expect polite or friendly service, avoid this location.

There was a young blonde girl making my sandwich. She was extremely slow — it took her about 15 minutes to finish it. After every small step she just stood there for a minute, like she wasn’t sure what to do next. I don’t know what’s going on, but it was really frustrating to watch. The service definitely needs improvement.

I’ve seen other reviews mention this but the small blonde girl did not even say a word to us until about halfway through making our sandwich.
Honestly I’m not sure what’s going on there but I would not recommend stopping here for subway, she was either on something or needs help.

Waited in line til I got up to the sign, and the glass, looked inside and noticed the tuna had a dark, discolored look around the outer sides (look at photo). Then I noticed all the crumbs and food in the crevices. Nope, nevermind, I walked away, just the look of that made me lose my appetite instantly!!! This was at 11 am today, there was only one person in front of me. Will never go back, ever, things like that never go away. I’m done eating here, ever!!!

Nobody in front of me – but I stood at the order end for 15 min. Then he took me to the other end to pay – before I ordered! Then he started making the sub – the way he wanted to – not the way I told him too!! I asked for spinach- he said there was some in the back – but he wasn’t going to get it Every table was dirty!!

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. I ordered a footlong sandwich and the food quality was VERY bad. The place was dirty and disgusting. The guy making the sandwich was wearing a dirty t-shirt, and it didn’t look like they cleaned anything at all. They didn’t even have basic things like onion, tomato, or cucumber available, and there was no sign to tell customers about it. The staff were extremely rude and had no manners. It was a total waste of money. I will never come back to this location again. Absolutely horrible!

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes or more waiting for the guy who was sweeping with earbuds in his ears to acknowledge me. Finally when he noticed that I was standing there waiting, he took his time to put the broom in the corner and immediately started putting on gloves to take my order. “You aren’t going to wash your hands first?” I asked, to which he acted shocked that I had asked. As he turned to go to the back to wash his hands I decided against getting a sandwich from him. THANKS BUT NO THANKS
